I've been riding since I was 5, street since I was 21. I'm 46 now. I've done a bit of it all... dirt, dualsport, adventure, touring, racing, trackdays, sportbikes. Riding is my therapy. I currently have three bikes ( 05 DL1000 VStrom, 97 TL1000S naked-ized, and a 89 Hawk Gt 650 ) and I'm looking to pick up a 996/998 or 1098/1198 Ducati come bo us time in the Spring. I think I might add a dualsport back to the stable after that.

If you live in the US, just go for it. Bikes are dirt cheap and great roads. One of the best sports out there. Instead of searching stuff on the internet, just find a good dealership and talk to an experienced old guy who rides. Best of luck.
