I hated it even as a kid with my parents. As an adult there is no way I would stand it or tolerate it. All they know is how to annoy and manipulate.

You should see some of the married men I've met.

The moment they're doing ANYTHING fun, even just playing some video games with their kids or whatever, their wife practically screams their name in a naggy, high-pitched voice that sounds like nails scraping against a chalkboard. "YOU FORGOT TO UNLOAD THE DISHES! YOU FORGOT TO TAKE OUT THE GARBAGE! CAN I BORROW YOU FOR A MOMENT, HUSBAND?! I NEED THIS DONE NOW!!"

Good luck having ANY time for yourself after getting married. Before, you were at least greeted with a hot meal after coming home from work, but now you're greeted by an ungrateful banshee screaming in your ear.

Already there man. I’m saving to get out and keep my peace of mind, nothing I do is good enough. I can’t save because she always wants to go out and eat, needs something for the children or is broke herself. At this point I’d gladly live on the streets than have to keep listening to her.

I always wondered why guys would disappear for cigs or milk. I get it now, they didn’t want someone draining their soul.

Same here brother. At work I have no choice but to work closely with a lot of women, and everytime they ask for help, they formulate it in such a way that they complain and nag me everytime they have problems not related to me or my line of work and I can feel my blood boiling instantly. They behave as if I created the problem they wish me to solve and they don't just present the problem itself, they instead nag me that the problem appeared in the first place as if to say it's my fault in happened. When I call them out on it, some of them admit they shouldn't have nagged me but others get pissed because because I called them out on it. They always say that they are stressed and I should understand them when they complain and I always remind them, that I'm there to solve the problem, not to hear them nag and vent. Their nagging and venting doesn't solve the problem faster and only serves to tire me and drain me of energy needlessly.
