Once you know what you have, what you're bringing in, and where it's going, only then can you hope to get things in order.

Excercise helps for me. I suffer from depression but rather than sit there I go run, walk, do push-ups and it helps. You want to start a business but no money...well we both know you need money. Focus on your career and get some hobbies

I want to start my own business but I can't find the drive.

This is like saying "I want to be super rich but I don't want to work or learn any skills, OR invest, or study, or even have to think." Advice for that is: Go buy a lottery ticket.

IMO there is no "advice" that can magically "gift" you with the kind of internal drive and passion that are needed to start (and run) a business (particularly when stated in that ridiculously vague and ambiguous manner "start A business" -- a business that does what?)

Where do I start? I need some serious advice that I can apply right now.

Borrow mommy's lawnmower and go out and start mowing other people's lawns (hint: ask them first and charge them after).

It would help if you gave some detail because we can't advise if we don't know what your situation is like. I have depression also which has amplified a bit since going redpill so I can relate to what you are feeling.

Honestly I would recommend you get yourself a lifecoach. You could hire one face to face to motivate you, but obviously you have to pay. Maybe take a look at www.evercoach.com

You need to start controlling your thoughts and stop making yourself depressed. Thoughts aren't you. Thoughts are a tool just like speech, that you use when you need too. Start working. Even if you consider it being a slave. You won't get anywhere without starting to have an income. When you have steady income you can start exploring doing something on the side and make it grow into a business. When that business takes off you can quit your job and focus on that instead. You sitting there feeling sorry for yourself and not wanting to do anything is a women thing. Man up and get to it.
