I'm 18 and still in school, about 3 years ago my dad got a new girlfriend and it started off fine but it quickly went awful, long story short about 2 years ago she falsely accused me of raping her then 4 year old daughter as an excuse to keep me from my dad, the court knew it was BS and threw it out. It was painful that I could literally do nothing to combat it because even if I could sue her she was tied to my father's bank account and would just use his money. They just recently broke up and now she is no longer tied to him besides the child support she gets from when she baby trapped him, I wanted to know if there was something I could now.
