Just watch the next generation of men...the ones raised primarily by single mothers.

Women, don't think, they feel. Which is why they shouldn't vote to begin with. Everyone else just goes along with it, pretending like women are equal to them because they want their pee-pee touched.

Looking at this from afar, rape doesn't seem like this horrible, traumatic crime women have always demanded it should be treated as. On the contrary, rape looks like a minor inconvenience to them, or a humiliating slight. It certainly doesn't appear like the violent felony it was traditionally classified as.

There's a whole, categorical difference between an act of brutality that leaves a person maimed for life, and a clumsy sex encounter that results in some uncomfortable questions. The one truly does scar a victim for life, while the other is only claimed to scar a victim for life. But isn't the claim by women's activists that this is a serious matter a bit too self-serving to be fully credible?

Every so often, you find well meaning traditionalists, therapists--even feminists--who think it is a good idea to teach women some practical, common sense tips on how to avoid rape (not going into places owned by men they don't know very well, not drinking or doing drugs in strange places, not accepting drinks or food that has been handled by someone other than restaurant or bar staff). And each and every time, you have massive numbers of women who get angry whenever a person brings up advice, saying it is "victim blaming" or "slut shaming."

But here's the thing; if rape was this horrible, felonious act that destroys women's lives as if they were maimed or put on death's door, wouldn't you think women would, if not applaud such advice, at least not question the presence of such advice? Moreover, if rape was how women said it is, don't you think that women would already practice such preventative measures, instead of righteously demanding that they ought not to apply?

All of this cannot help but convey the sense that women themselves don't see what they call rape as this horrible, vicious crime tantamount to murder, like the law tends to. They want you to think of it as this horrible crime, but women themselves don't think of it that way. It seems more akin to a crime of negligence, or a misdemeanor, or a tort by the way they treat it. After all, rape is probably the only crime that, by itself, relies solely on the victim's subjective opinions to convey the gravity of the crime. There's nothing anyone can point to in order to show a judge or jury just what harm was caused.

There are, of course, resources we can tap in order to discover, objectively, how harmful rape really is. Men, scores of men in the prison system, have been raped. They don't talk much about it, partly because of stoicism, but I think the main reason is that nobody really cares to know the gravity of the trauma incurred by these men. But from the few instances in prison documentaries I've seen, the men who talk about rape insist that there are far worse things that can happen to a man than rape. Torture. Assault with deadly weapons. Disease. Death. The men who suffer rape in prison seem to put it behind them and move on rather quickly. They don't seem to dwell on it, or are destroyed by it, in the way that many women claim they ought to be.
