One thing you know for certain is you have to move forward. Given that you don't make enough money to just move anywhere and start an entirely new life I'd say some kind of military would be a positive thing.
But honestly that's kind of generic advice and not very specific, in the sense that I have no idea if it would make you feel any differently about knowing yourself or motivation.
But making relationships and putting yourself in various situations is what leads to the unknown, and it's very possible that 10 years from now you'll find yourself doing something interesting and the ONLY reason you are at that point is because 7 years earlier you met a friend who told you about something and introduced you to someone and all the circumstances lead you to that destination.
At 21 I also felt a little lost in the sense that I didn't know the right path. For really no logical reason I moved down to South Florida with a friend and ended up working somewhere that I made a good friend who in turn ran a great business and became a multimillionaire and influenced me to follow a certain path.
Bottom line is no one can advice you on a path because absolutely no one has any clue what the correct path is. Don't stres over that at the moment, because for now the only thing that is certain is you need to move forward. You aren't following a path, you're just moving and that will help get you to a place to see a path more clearly.

Join the military. Since you're athletic join the special forces (US Army:. rangers, green berets, Airborne. etc.). It's a rough life but females can't hack the physical nature. Then join the cyber-security unit & transfer to civilian life. You may need to switch branches to the Navy or Air Force for the cyber security training.

First off....understand that what you are feeling and experiencing is very very common at your age. You are not alone though you feel that way. You think everyone around you has their shit together and you’re just adrift at sea. Trust me, very few 19 year old dudes have their shit together.
Also understand that you should just start doing. Don’t over analyze every job prospect, hobby or activity. Just start something with the understanding that if it doesn’t work out or isn’t enjoyable, that’s ok. You can move into the next thing. There’s nothing wrong with it. Don’t get involved in the paralysis of analysis and thinking that whatever job or hobby you choose is going to be that for life and for all time forever and ever amen.
Just start.

Take up a trade, you literally cannot go wrong. Be an electrician, plumber, or an iron worker. Look into programs at your nearest school, any community college will do, just someplace to get your foot in the door.

We experience most of our positive emotion when we progress towards a goal. But when we get the goal, say we finish a 15k in 2nd place, we feel weightless bliss for maybe 12 hours. The way I make the pains of existence worth putting up with is by shouldering big desirable goals unique to me, and progressing.
Dude, I think you need to always have a reason for why you put up with life's bullshit. If not, then why live? Adopting a unique burden, aka goal, and feeling the bliss of progressing towards it completion, is why I put up with my 9-5 silly bullshit.
In Jordan Peterson's ideas, I mean to say, justify your miserable existence through taking up responsibility.
Imagine Sysaphis happy.(however you spell it)

Were in similar boats except I'm older by a handful of years. I recently invested in a good pair of running shoes and have been starting to run. I go to the gym. I'm focusing on myself and my body. Eating more wisely. Living more simply. Take care of yourself and your body. Stay fit. Itll do you well when the time comes where you find what there is for you and what you want. Attract good things. Stay hopeful.

Everyone has that one thing that they love to do but will only do it in secret because they're afraid that they're pants at it, but when they do it they feel utter freedom and elation. It's been my experience that that's very often what someone's vocation should be. So what do you love to do behind closed doors? What makes you feel that freedom? You've got anonymity here so be honest.

Hey man, and I do mean man. You are a MAN. That means that things will be tough, you've already been going through it so you know as well or better than any of us, brother. We're here for you. Look to the guys in your life who give you positive advice, positive thoughts, positive actions. These are good and loyal friends and they genuinely care about you. So you're not alone, okay? You'll never be alone.
The one major thing I see is that you're right -you're drowning in the this overwhelming grief you're stuck in.
Something that will help you is to start simplifying it all. Please do take this to heart. All the extra details are just salt in the wound.
You're not making enough money. Simple.
Here's something that'll help: be patient and don't quit your job right away. Find something better that you can actually stand doing. There's no perfect job out there so look for the compensation that suits your needs. Fuck the perfect job. You're not a robot. Put up with what you can in work -so long as you bring your money in. I recommend finding something that doesn't kill your body and gives you time off too. Got that? Look for money, something you can stand that doesn't kill your body and gives you enough time off to live how you want.
Getting a good job can take a few years before it starts paying off. Be disciplined and patient but pursue it like hell. Always earn your place and never think for even a moment that you deserve anything. Thinking you deserve something will only leave you jaded, depressed and build a fucked up ideology inside your mind -and no one will want to hire you, promote you or put you in charge. It's be a competitor in your business, not an employee. You're out to win and thrive, not make due and survive. But what is winning to you? That's for you to know, not us.
As for women... They're all like that. It takes time to be happy and confident on your own. It's something you can learn though, so that's good right? It's a skill. You have to learn to walk before you can run. You will get there. But concentrate on the job so you can have the money to buy the freedom you need. That'll help you to do what makes you happy, being self reliant and out of poverty will make you confident too.
This all takes time. It's not a giant obstacle to overcome, it's a journey. It's one step at a time. And given everything you've been through, I'm certain you're brave and strong enough to take one step in your right direction. See how that works out for you. Then take your next step. It could be anything you wish you could do.
Take that step. Travel far enough away from all this shit that you find yourself.
Keep posting, man. We're here for you and want to hear all about your journey.
Stand up straight with your chest out and shoulders back, ready to fight the world.
