With over 25,000 people, you're gonna get dick heads! I think a lot on here forget what MGTOW stands for - going YOUR own way! Some people like me will think your website is a good idea, others won't. But MGTOW is having the freedom to do whatever the fuck you want! If I want to join a site where I can make some friends - cool. If someone else doesn't - cool. Sometimes there's too much hate on this sub and as men we should be better than that!

when I first came here from TRP and started commenting I got messages in my inbox attacking me, saying I don't belong here. Even some of the mods were passive aggressive with me. Most of my posts don't even get posted, if they do they get posted 2-3 days after I post them so people won't see them or read them.

The only reason I continue commenting and posting is because I believe mgtow is the right path EVERY man should be on. I don't care if they hurt my feelings or attack me or harrass me, all I care about is helping my fellow man, maybe a lot of people downvote or don't read my posts, so be it, I do it to help that one guy that is willing to have an open mind and is willing to hear me out. People helped me, I want to help out too, no matter how small.

Keep trying op! Don't let the negativity get you down, don't let it deter you from preaching your message, it is a message worth fighting for. If it helps one person, that's all that matters! Embrace the downvotes and passive aggresive shit! The downvoters are my truest fans!!

Honestly most of the guys on here are pretty respectful towards each other. Even when someone has a shitty idea someone will logically point out flaws, not just to berate that person.

No. This has to be a poe. Please do not presume to tone police a MGTOW board. I certainly empathize with you and can understand your desire to receive constructive feedback, but this is the internet, where judgment is the law of the land and respect is a currency that must be earned. More importantly this is a segment of the internet born from the active rejection of the catering to feelings that has led our societies to the degraded hell holes they are. Do not at all presume to reintroduce those regressive notions of "Its the waaay you said it" here. There is a valid discussion to be had on the effectiveness of various forms of criticism. There is none to be had on their existence.

You have expressed your desires. Well, and good. Now accept that others will be disinclined to acquiesce to those desires. Take whatever vitriol and sharpness is found in their refusals for what they are: a reflective measure of how deeply they oppose your proposal, nothing more and nothing less. That is what separates us from the other gender.

Look, I understand that you wanted to do something that you might find it fulfilling. If it is something that you want to do and enjoy by yourself, its up to you. But when you throw those ideas on to the world, you must be in a frame of mind to be able to accept the feedback you get, in whatever fashion you get. Obviously you cannot control what someone on other continent would type.

So, here you got the feedback. Most of them did not think that would be a good idea. So, lets reboot. There would be other ideas that you and I can think that folks here might find it interesting. Why don't we work on that?

I hear you and I get it. I have decided since " taking the red pill" to go my own way from going my own way. Most of the red pill knowledge I had already and I personally was probably raised in a " red pill" way by my father. I come here sometimes and sometimes I don't. Personally a lot of times the manosphere can get really negative. I get it. I just practice radical self-care in a hardcore way and that's the core of MGTOW.

You use throughout your post shaming tactics:

"I'm really disappointed": Great conversation starter. So let me shame the other person to get him good and ready to give me what I want.

"...fellow MGTOW brothers...": Did I misunderstand the notion of MGTOW? So I am going my own way and all of the sudden I have a bunch of "fellow brothers" to worry about? Doesn't compute.

"It's what makes us differ from the other gender.": First, problem with the word "us", because I decide when there will be an "us". Men in general are not so great either. Second: Shaming tactic! You guys behave like the "other gender", and who wants that.

"Have a great day!": Really? That is nice of you that after all the disappointment you received you still wish us a nice day. Or is it rather: 'Before you go on and just enjoy mindlessly/heartlessly your day maybe you contemplate a little and think about what great disappointment your actions have caused me.'

Sophisticated verbal abuse is an awesome weapon yielding longterm psychological distortion, especially when skillfully applied to children, but I do not use it towards people I care for, and consider it as disrespect and a relationship terminator if someone uses it towards me.

How to deal with verbal abuse?

Example 1 (counter in kind): Abuser: "I'm really disappointed!" Defender: "Oh, I am sorry you see it that way."

Example 2 (deflect): Abuser: "I'm really disappointed!" Defender: "Oh, so how are you doing?" (likely the response is "I am doing fine." because that is the reflex. At that point the abuse dynamic is broken.)

I just read your post from yesterday, yes a lot of those comments were bitter and angry. But in the end, there weren't too many comments to begin with. I have the feeling that these 2 or 3 or so guys should not be enough to disappoint you. I'd advice you to just forget that. There are bitter/angry people here, that can't be denied.
