This. I had a Sociology class and my professor (male) always enforced that do not imply feminism is for women only, it means equality for everyone. Ok... I see your statement and raise you a question:

If what you say is true... what is the significant difference between feminism and egalitarianism? If egalitarianism holds the same definition as feminism, what purpose does this supposed redundancy serve? Assuming the definitions are true of course. Not to mention... why is the root words of feminism chosen as such as opposed to another term if equality is the goal? 😈

I stumbled across some post on Facebook where all these girls were trying to explain that not being a bitch to someone you don’t like is feminism. And of course, as many of you probably already guessed, i was told i didn’t know what Feminism is “because i’m a man” and i’m not allowed to talk about Feminism “because i’m a man”.

All i did was bring up facts and called them out on their bullshit.

These girls don’t even know what they’re following.

The flaw in her argument about being second class citizens is that its based on gender, but feminism rejects gender roles. How can you claim you're treated poorly based on gender, and yet reject the idea of gender? Feminism also doesn't define anything, it actually undefines predetermined ideas. You can't be a second class citizen if you can't clearly define what rights a first class citizen receives that you do not.
