And the worst part about it, we as men made women gods in our society.

Its our (men) fault too. We enabled them to be what there are today and we are also to blame.

But some of their behavior is their nature. They are hardwired that way. Once you realize that, its easier not to get angry.

Consider yourself lucky as hell. I wish like hell I had the internet and something like MGTOW when I was your age, my life would have went very differently. Don't be angry, be glad you are living in a time when men are waking up, you have a chance to make a life worth living and not be in servitude to the gynocracy. The world is in turmoil and that means all kinds of opportunities are coming, women would say disaster is looming, I say needed change is finally coming, change is often painful and I think this one is gonna be a doozy, but more for women than men, we are used to it.

And all this is coming about because we are going to give the women what they want, equality.

I get angry and i still am. My anger is always triggered though and im usually pretty chill till something happens. Recently its my best friend abandoning me for some chick he has known for a few months. The other day i hear him telling her how he is the alpha cause he makes all the decision in the relationship and i just started laughing in my head. He is the alpha but you are always going over to her house and spending time with her you could use to do other things. If you have to tell the woman your an alpha then present evidence that to says you are only playing an alpha

Many of us did. It's called the "anger phase," and it's a natural part of the grieving process. You're grieving your previous world view in the same way that many people grieved the loss of Santa Claus as a reality.

After enough time, you simply accept women's nature and adjust your life accordingly. You probably were never angry that cobras have powerful venom, you just make sure to avoid them so they can't hurt you. The difference is that you weren't led to believe that cobras are cuddly and tame for most of your life.

But women simply have to exist, not even actually give sex but hint at it and they have EVERYTHING.

Except happiness. What good does it do to own world if you still feel like shit all the time? In general, women are constantly dependent on external factors to keep them happy. Even then, they need someone to give them everything they need, but deny them the frivolous stuff they want, otherwise they are still unhappy.

In contrast, as a man, you have the potential to be very happy even if you have very little. It takes lots of hard work, but it's worth it. Learn to provide for yourself - take care of your needs, both physical and emotional. For the latter, part of that is learning how to focus on the positive things you do have and let go of worrying about the things you don't have.

Happiness is a skill. Practice it diligently and reap the rewards.

Anger is a fine thing if you channel it in to something productive/improving yourself.

When you just sit there and stew and let it eat you up, that is when it gets self destructive. That is when you need to let go of it, or channel it out of yourself.
