I've been bodybuilding for roughly 15 years, and we had some serious bodybuilding women, dedicated and in awesome shape.. But only the last couple of years the "social media" generation of attention-seekers have infected every fucking gym in the country. Since it became "trend" fucking "fitfam" motherfuckers have destroyed the quiet, brooding atmosphere that I miss so much.

I wouldn't give a dam if they just went in there and got it done. But they walk in with the tighest most ridiculous looking leggins, and sports brah get up. There's no reason for it. Half of them don't even look like they lift, (edit: that was being too kind.. 99% of those fucks don't look like they lift) they just seem to hang around there doing any movement they can to bend over to try and gain some attention. They need to fucking cover up, nobody wants to go to work out to see some bitches goddam sphincter through leggins. Ive actually had to wipe makeup off-of a bench because they wear so much... TO THE GYM ffs.

Goddam, I dont know why it pisses me off because Im generally not that attracted to any women these days, but I guess its like the typical gym tool you used to see, screaming and dropping weights.. It just irritates you something chronic.. Except this is the female version. Taking up space, constantly staring at themselves in the mirror, OBVIOUSLY looking around to see if anyone is looking at them, and desperately trying to get some looks from guys there to feed the ego. Pretty pathetic really. I literally look straight through them or past them deliberately because of this. Just get the fuck out of my way, slut.

Gym floor walk (goal: 15 stares from men, 5 new fb orbiters)
15 minute cool down period: admires oneself in mirror.
New clothes (goal: 3 new pairs of black spandex, 2 slut tops.)

Anyone else remember back then when they'd wear all spandex/tights and a big shirt over it to not be distracting? Because you went to workout and go home, nothing more. Nowadays it seems they deliberately just wear less and less, try to get attention, constantly on their phones and only go to take pictures to post all over social media and turn it into a cringey hashtag war. Complaining about "the struggle" yet they have thousands of dollars in supplements & brand-name workout clothes, fixed expensive 'health' meals and a gym membership. Shit like that is the reason i'd rather workout home.
