I'm not quite MGTOW, but I have a lot of in common with you and here are some of my suggestions:

  1. Fight to achieve your top genetic potential and go beyond - train hard, maintain your body, don't eat junk, take a good care of your teeth.
Improve your skills for job, hobbies and whatever you do, seek excellence.
  2. Do not succumb to addictions and escapism and cancel Netflix and get rid of the TV.
  3. Build yourself solid financial foundations - avoid debt, avoid buying shit you don't need and goes down in value, save money, invest money, build multiple additional streams of passive income, get some side hustles.
  4. Dress well, shave your head if you are balding.
  5. This is the part where I differ from MGTOW:
Women are not the goal - you improve for yourself, not for their attention, not for their validation, but it comes anyway.
Not to add additional weight to your words when commenting in feminist echo chambers - but it is kinda satisfying when they expect a basement-dwelling decrepit neckbeard and the guy debunking their talking points happens to be the opposite.
If you indeed choose to go your own way, you can have some perverse satisfaction of being a catch, wanted, but forever out of their reach.
I also believe one should transcend being that petty.
