Religious people who want to get laid and follow religion might have an interesting loophole. As a Muslim, in order to have relations with a woman, you must be married. The courts have clearly shifted to side with women most of the time which puts the mans assets at risk. Islamically, a mans assets are his own and a wife’s assets are her own. The man has religious obligations to provide adequate shelter, food, and one outfit that will be adequate for the woman for cold and heat. The man also has to pay a dowry to the woman and that’s all she gets.

I personally don’t mind providing for a family. Last year, I had a crazy experience with a wife who flipped from a appreciative into an ungrateful and disrespectful person literally overnight.

Thankfully, we were never legally married. Not having kids made the divorce so much easier. I think if I ever get married again, I’ll go the same route of avoiding getting a marriage license and sticking with a religious ceremony.
