When I first had the redpill I had headache for 2 days nonstop... It happens bcoz it's too much information and experiences to process. Eventually everything will be ok.

I'm going to lay out some thought processes that helped me cope when I first started to realize how the world worked. You're young enough that your mind can still mold fairly easily into a new perspective.

First, think about why "it's hard man". What is hard? Realizing that the love you were sold was a lie? But why does that hurt? You need to think about the more base level reason behind it. I've written about this extensively on this sub, but I'll try to condense it some.

You see, as a man, you're part of a species that evolved into sentience. Once upon a time, your ancestors looked up at the stars and started thinking. Then they started building. As they evolved, many of the mechanisms in place for that rudimentary society also evolved. We went from killing each other and screaming over the corpse while fighting off the others, to hunter gatherer tribes. Later, those tribes figured out that working together is a lot more comfortable of a way to live.

Then we started agriculture and had some very basic systems in place, which led to society. As men evolved more, we created more. We got smarter. Men evolved to create and think and discover. One of the driving instincts in a man, left over from those days, is the need to better himself and create. That trait is what helped us here, so it's in your DNA. If we didn't selectively breed that trait, unknowingly, we'd still be digging in the mud for insects.

So you've got that base desire, to create and better yourself. Along with other base desires, like reproduction, eating, drinking and sleeping and a whole host of other things.

Then realize that somewhere along the way, society decided rules needed to be made if we were to remain a society, and thus remain in our easier lifestyle compared to eating insects and killing each other. The first iterations of this was religion. Religion made an attempt to disincentive some of our instincts that are not conducive to the society we were now living in -such as base violence, stealing, etc. Stable monogamous relationships eventually became the norm, because our species works best when our offspring can be nurtured and taught and mentored to also advance the society/species.

There were ups and downs through the years. Some societies made it, others didn't. It was a selective process for civilization, if you will. The ones that figured shit out made it, others perished. We've been through this cycle many times.

At the end of it all, though, those base needs are constant. Food, water, shelter, reproduction, and the now intellectual.

So our most recent iteration of society adopted many of these ancient laws, up until recent centuries or decades. Just like how assault was governed, so too was stable monogamous relationships. Because a functioning society demands it. We cannot raise children to be functional, healthy adults without a stable home environment, so marriage/marriage laws became a thing, and shaming of deviant behavior was socially acceptable.

Within the past century of our current society, we've had an assault on things we've decided were necessary for advancement. Specifically it started to become more mainstream around the 60s/70s, with an exponential increase in the last decade. Technology has enabled a lot of this, with smartphones and social media -every idiot gets a platform, and when the right idiot preaches to the rest of them, they scream for drastic changes that are not thought out or reconciled.

So now, "love" and relationships as you were sold them are not what they used to be. You're seeing that it's a lie, because society is now allowing deviations that are problematic.

At its core, you are frustrated with not being able to fulfill the promise of love and a partner -which subconsciously also fucks with your head in the sense that betterment, self-improvement, and creating is also perhaps not on the table. Your brain and instincts are telling you that the only way to truly improve the self, is to do so in a way that also improves society. The end goal is to build a world in which you can have offspring, who will hopefully live in better times than what you had. The fact that stable relationships are required for this, and the fact that those stable relationships are no longer a viable option, tells your brain that creating, self-improvement, and bettering society are no longer on the table.

Except they are. Mostly. In different ways.

You only feel this way because it's natural to feel that way. If you thought you weren't going to have food, you'd feel like you're having a hard time. Any time your basic needs are threatened, you're going to have a rough go accepting that.

But eventually you'll readjust to the current climate and realize that while needs like reproduction may very well be impacted, you can still certainly fill a lot of your needs on your own.

Just for different reasons.

Before, you might have worked out at the gym or studied really hard because you were trying to attract a mate. Except now, society is fucked and none of that will matter.

But do it for yourself. Make something of yourself. Create. Build. Better yourself in any way that you can. Fill that hole with your passions and hobbies, and feel blessed that you've realized the direction our society is going in while there was still time to get out.

Then, when you've detoxed, if you need some pussy, get some pussy. I promise you that if you take care of yourself, better yourself, and gather resources, wisdom, knowledge -by the time you're 40, you can slay if you want to. Just pump and dump, don't bet on the idea of commitment being anything like you envisioned it to be.

Put yourself in the best position you can be in to watch the collapse from afar.

This society, like many before it, has likely hit its end. Unfortunately we allowed selfish people who know nothing about how things really work to dictate the rest of society to the rest of us, and that's just where we are at.

Move past these initial feelings and realize that you can still live a happy and fulfilling life, even if society as a whole goes down the shitter.
