This sub has really reinvigorated a healthy lifestyle for me. Today, marks the start of month 2 in the gym. The results I am already starting to see are mind boggling. Thank you for everyone in this sub, for motivating me to take control of my life, focus on myself, and helping me make better choices. I’m looking forward to seeing more posts (hopefully) of men figuring out their own way.
I know women catch a lot of flack in this sub, and that’s okay. But for me, MGTOW is all about bettering myself. Looking at how I can make positive strides in my own career, lifestyle, and health. I don’t hate women, although I am certainly aware of the harm they can bring. What I’m trying to say is don’t focus your energy on hating on women, focus it on bettering yourself.
Special side note: To all the chubby men out there! Yes, games are great, eating whatever you want is great, and most importantly beers / drinks are great, but the chub and diabetes isn’t okay! If you start slowly implementing new healthier eating / exercise habits you can be leagues ahead of simps in a year!

It really goes to show the strength of a mans mind. She tells him, that he can’t beat the Russian. Just as he’s leaving off to the middle of nowhere Russia to train. Think of the mental battle that would be. Even your wife thinks you’re going to die / lose.
Then he’s climbing mountains, running in snow, lifting / grinding like crazy. Proving to himself that he can win. Only then, does his wife comes back into the picture, when he’s already fit and says he can do it. The movie plays this out as her being the final bit of hope for Rocky to win. For me, I like to think, it’s the moment he proves her wrong. And that he always knew he could do it, and was going to prove her wrong regardless of her support.
(Side note, I would have bet all my monies on the Russian in real life though. The dude was a tank)
