if a chick is being sponsored by simps for most of her younger life she's isn't going to be capable of much because her brain doesn't have to do anything but stand around and let the body show itself and get rewarded. so why would the brain learn any other skills? all of its need are met by doing nothing. just like muscles, if you don't use them they get weaker as they serve no purpose.
