I started following this sub two years ago, approximately 4 years into a relationship. At that time, I thought it was normal to feel unwanted. I though that she "would go through the motions" once a year and I should expect that. Well, why wouldn't I? I grew up with a father who was very much accepting of it. I grew up with friends whose parents were like that. Hell, I even have friends that go through it. "It's normal dude, all women are crazy." Today was the day that I put my foot down and said, "No fucking more." I'm still young, I have plenty of life left. My career has only just begun and my work environment has changed my personality into something stronger (construction will do that). A lot of men I work with have gone MGTOW. For the ones who don't, there's constant complaints about their wives at home and how it slowly evolved into nothingness.

This post is for the guys out there that have been in a relationship, and feel like they have to put up with bullshit every so often despite not being the problem. It's not your fault, it never was and never will be. It's time to leave. I wish someone told me sooner, but I'm grateful because of the lesson I learned. Women are crazy, and that will never change. She can go to therapy, she can go to group chats, she can have a fulfilling career, but at the end of the day, it's all the same. The day has come that every man in an unwanted relationship needs to put their fucking foot down and end it. The pain is required to heal, and you will heal. Ending on good terms, ending on bad terms, it doesn't matter. It's time to leave. You're pushing your true self behind for someone who only wants to stop you from becoming greater than what you are. You are deserving of much more than an "ok relationship." There's no such thing. It's time to leave.

Nobody is going to hold your hand as you walk away, but that doesn't mean you're alone. To the person on the teetering edge, you need to make the choice. You know what you need to do. It's time to leave. Do not let life pass you by and go down the same route that so many have done before you. Stand out and become great. You are worthy of so much more, and you know it. For some it will not be easy, but nothing is impossible. Do what is right for yourself. You are your number one asset. Stop fucking around and do what you need to do.
