I believe in equality, if someone male or female hits me he/she will get what he/she deserves back. If someone pulls a knife I assume he or she are attempting to kill me and should be neutralized with lethal force ASAP.

I wouldn't resort to violence unless it were absolutely necessary. I think the best way to deal with a thot who hits you is to just walk away permanently then ghost them. I've done it to several of my crazy exes, and in my opinion, it fucks with them waaaaaaayyyyyyyy worse than any sort of physical retaliation. I would say report it to the police, but unless there is good video evidence or several credible witnesses the likelihood that she will lie to the police to get you arrested instead of her is very high.

Let me tell you a short story, and what I did, OP.

My ex was batshit insane. One of her things to do was to get sloppy drunk while streaming video games (or at a bar.) One night in while in vacation in SoCal, she got so drunk and upset about something (If I recall she was trolling the bar for cocaine so I told her to shut the fuck up about it) she punched her friend in his face, knocking his tooth out. She then proceeded to smash an 800 dollar smart phone (Her ex-husband's) on the concrete. Cops were looking for her, and I managed to get her into our hotel room. This is the first time she physically attacked me. She attempted to choke me out (LOL) in her drunken anger. It was easy enough to subdue her and get her to calm down, but having someone you thought you loved attempt to harm you is something I had never experienced before.

Another night in particular, she got stupid drunk while live streaming a video game like she usually did. She embarrassed not only herself on this particular night, but me and a mutual friend as well. None too happy, as she had gone too far this time; I confronted her. The ensuing argument resulted in her once again trying to choke me, this time she struck me. I subdued her again, mind you never striking back at her during these outbursts. I wasn't having her "I'm leaving you if I don't get my way" mantra this time. I told her to leave, I had had enough. She then threatens to kill me, my family and herself. She grabs a knife from my kitchen at this point has it pointed into her stomach. I can't recall how I got the knife from her; but after this incident I had to hide the knives in my apartment.

Here's the kicker; during this particular outburst my grandfather was staying with us for a few weeks. He heard/witnessed the whole thing. She denies any of this ever happening (including the incident with her friend in SoCal) and after I ended our relationship for many of the other awful things she did, she claimed I was the abusive one, and attempted to slander me through social media. Even went as far as to get me in shit with my job at the time.

So what's the point here? Before this particular relationship I had never been an abusive relationship. Now, when I date women I have very strict rules to avoid that type of relationship.

All flags look the same when looking through rose tinted glasses; trust your gut feeling. If it seems like a red flag, it is.
Don't think with your dick. Crazy abusive women KNOW the fact that their pussy can let them get away with almost anything. Ask yourself; If you didn't have access to that pussy would I put up with this?
OP, most abusive women are incredibly manipulative. They know how to tell you what you want to hear (especially in early stages of a relationship) so they can hook you in. When they exhibit their true selves and begin abuse, they will make it your fault. Making you THINK that you have somehow ruined the perfect things she pretended she could offer you.
OP, you probably, like me are attracted to a certain type of personality that unfortunately harbors abuse victims/abusers.
You're being a pushover. Get some self confidence; you will repel these women long before they can abuse you physically, emotionally or mentally. My ex in above story was the first time EVER in 14+ years of dating I let a woman get away with bullshit. The result? Physical, mental and emotional abuse for over 2 years. Abusive women, like all women apply shit tests to see what they can get away with. Don't let them get away with any of it. Ghost these psycho cunts and GYOW. The result of adopting this attitude once again (dropping women when they start doing stupid shit tests) has resulted in women literally begging to be with me. Nope. Go play child games somewhere else, bitches.
