The last 4 jobs I got, I got through men. All those guys were straightforward. They did not care if I used one word they did not like during the interviews. With women, it seems they are only waiting for you to say something wrong in order to reject you.

Was hired by a women a short while ago, since i dont really need a job i have a good mindset which probably got me in

Hired by 1 woman, but it was an entry level position. Anyone with a rudimentary understanding of numeracy, comprehension and accuracy could get through.
