Some people can go cold turkey, but for most its easier to slow down the consumption, For example if you smoke weed 7 times a week, you go to 6 times a week, then 5, then 4, etc. A good way to monitor it is by grabbing a piece of paper, drawing a calender, (or print it) for the coming 6 months. Yeah they should ignore them, but not everyone is ready to do that. Some have to get fed up by enough stories about women, and others dont. I agree the women bashing is not needed, but then again it really is needed for people in the rage phase, they have to get through the tough times to build themselves up again. the "die alone" is bullshit, my grandpa was married for over 50 years and died alone in a wine shop of a heart attack (stressed out of marriage, dad got the same issues, im not getting them). Get in a good routine, try and go to sleep around 12, and doesnt matter if you are a night person or not, im a night person and i still prefer working out in the morning. ​ Get on a purpose (set yourself some life goals, make them ambitious), work out, sleep well, and get a job and start saving.
