So I’m at a pub with some good friends from high school

A girl sitting at the bar checks me out, turning her head towards me every so often. Other times she’s making conversation to her friend and to the bartender waiters etc. At some point, we make eye contact and smile 4-5 times in a minute.

Now I consider myself 7,5, maybe 8 in my country’s standards and she’s at most 6,5. I’m also all about MGTOW with a great career, new side hustle, hobbies and a lot of frustrations about relationship dynamics

So after the fifth smile I say ‘fuck it’ get up with my drink to ask them to join our table. When I’m there I notice they are all acting so surprised before I even open my mouth including one of the waiters. I notice a glimpse between the girl and the waiter and know that at that moment I was misled

Before making a move I explain myself and apologize from the guy. I still feel sorry for him. He’s out there working his ass off and his date/gf whatever is leading guys to hit on her. But why? To make him jealous? I dont know and care but its fucked up man
