I am the only male in a female dominated work environment. Great way to open this I am sure but I am having a lot of issues. Body language around that place is as man hating as I have ever seen in a work place and I am pretty sure there is a axe dangling above me. Any tips to managing women until I am able to run to another job? Or maybe stick around? currently working at a top 5 bank company and while it isnt great - its a small town and decent for what it is, piss easy work.
