I am a teacher, and I have seen what it takes to keep kids happy. It's rather simple. I think the same can be same for men. I think keeping women happy is whole other ballgame that is out there. That is the reason why 70% of divorces are from the women initiating. Men don't know what the hell to do to keep a lot of woman nowadays happy. I know what keeps me happy. I like that simplicity in my life. It lowers the stress level. Statistics don't lie. I am a logical person. When I see all the unhappy marriages and divorces, I don't feel that I can be the outlier.

I think the problem why people cannot be happy with themselves stems from the fact that they have the goal of liking themselves. When you drop that goal entirely, life becomes much more simpler.

People will spend massive amounts of money to like themselves also make others like them, in order to gain social proof and status. Funny thing is, once you reach this goal, you don't feel satisfied, like you thought you would feel. I don't mean that you should hate yourself. But I think instead of trying too hard to love yourself, drop it and chill. You are missing the point and causing more stress on yourself and your life.
