That's not going to fool anyone. Virtually all employers are aware of the fact that women are useless in the workforce, even more so in areas that doesn't deal with people. Women are usually a last resort and/or used as token. There are some areas that women aren't complete liabilities in, but those are few and far between.

The worse in this is that employers actually give no fuck about having low productive people today. No wonder western companies and closing one by one for 20 years (at least in Europe). All companies today are full of women, gays, and other useless minorities go through the quotas. The only goal today is the stigmatisation of the man (white in particular). So productivity is not the goal anymore: diversity is. Look previous company employed 10000 indians to sit and do NOTHING at all, waiting for a project. And in term of work, these indian would do less than 100 good european engineers. It makes NO SENSE at all unless you take into account the global objective of persecuting the western men. So, my point is: she will be hired, and she has most chances in a top firm like google, facebook, etc. She will be promoted soon. And the men who did all the job will have nothing. One day, one by one these men will either quit, either complain and be fired for being "trouble makers". And they will just hire some other beta to do the job. Simple as that.

Jeeez Girl where I work software development team, is completely useless. She's lazy constantly asks for answers to obvious questions and needs to be feed solutions to problems constantly like a helpless baby bird. Best thing is she makes more than I do while I bust my ass.

They'll give her supervisory/managerial duties and a man will be closely reviewing all her work and step in as necessary to smooth over the rough patches.
