And if you want longer more in depth stuff you can look at: Stardusk/thinkingape, barbarrossa/bar bar, Spetsnaz for example. You'll find these guys have amazing advice that will change your life.

Look at the silver lining, little brother, at least you learned the lesson early without having to go thousands upon thousands of dollars into debt thanks to some woman. You have your whole life - a free life - in front of you. You won't have to make the same mistakes we did.

It may suck now, but it will be better. Take care of your dad - you two will have each others' backs for years to come. Keep him on the straight and narrow; exes always have a way of coming back and a man who's been left will always be vulnerable to taking them back. Help him remember how bad it was so that he can stay free.

The best MGTOW content is on YouTube. I would say that Barbarossaaaa/bar bar and his humanity first and foremost video is the platinum standard of content.

A few other content creators like spetsnaz and Coltainne have met it with a few videos, but none have ever surpassed it.
