In my new job that iv been in for a year now, I haven't said a single word at the group of hot girls there nor glanced at them, finally a few days ago one of them must of plucked up the courage because she litrally approached and started small talk with me. Apparently most of the girls in work think I'm gay, or really shy. I just laughed and told her most people are small minded and some people like to come to work to WORK earn money and go home.

Interesting phenomenon, the more you ignore them, the more they'll crave your validation at some future point.

Be aware of this and avoid when it happens. Don't fall for the "oh you're so great, not like other guys" line dripping with sweetness and other more... Forthright come ons.

This is the stage most men revert at. They learn the RP truths, start living the life and lo and behold! Women start fawning over them. It's a general accepted fact that most men here (in the early stages) are just 1 bj away from volunteering to put the shackles back on.

Hot women do not like to be ignored. Remember, there will be a backlash. It could consist of them running to your manager saying 'i do not like him' or some other status ploy. Keep strong.
