I'm currently 24. Been MGTOW for about 2 years now. As things continue to escalate (baffled by how things are actually getting worse), I reminisce about those minor numerous events that slowly but surely led me here. One of which actually occurred recently, with someone who can now only be considered a female acquaintance; at best... My mistake for even momentarily thinking otherwise.

"Men have issues, but women need a lot more help..."

A.K.A. your problems don't really matter. I come first. ME. ALWAYS. It's honestly so easy to spot this out now. In the past I would have buckled. I'm certain I would have. Positive.

I simply nodded, and then walked.

I said I was repeatedly beaten and abused as a child. Not uncommon considering where I was born and raised. Pretty common actually. But she immediately retorted with "I got raped! TWICE! And the rapist still walks today!" And she stared at me... The look on her face man... I cannot find the words to convey what I saw and how frightening and illuminating it was. It said everything I needed to know. "CHECKMATE." A man should be considered a complete fool to have such a being in his sheets. Your problems, your pain, your suffering. All apparently worthless. Just like you.

I am scheduled to attend a few weddings though.

Life is life.

It is what it is.
