A lot of you brothers like to keep fit, i recently quit stronglifts its a great program but its gonna bust your knees and put a strain on the lower back. (note i have nothing against heavy lifting squats and deads) but at my age of 47 i rather play it safe.
I train at home got a 6ft by 6ft training mat, last month i bough a tone of kettle bell got them used on amazon so great deal and i started to train with a few vids on youtube, mainly Coach Ryan and Funk Roberts,

I sorted through the metashred 21 day from men's health a buddy of mine gave me the dvd's some great workouts in there too now i am mixing and matching everything,
Kettle-bell work the core its insane and i love it who would have though that doing 30 seconds with a 20 pound kettle-bell would be so damn hard, the cardio is great combing both.
If you guys ever wanna give this a try its amazing, its not heavy lifting but i find i retained all my size so far, even while lifting moderate weight with lots of reps... and my cardio for my age is really coming up great.
