Permanent alimony is nothing short of indentured servitude plain and simple. I live in Jacksonville and have a couple neighbors paying permanent alimony. I’m certain my ex wife would’ve done that to me and it’s one of the many reasons I filed for divorce. Unless marriage laws drastically change I’m never going to get married again and recommend my sons don’t either.

Yep. Second marriages have a 75% divorce rate.

Ultimatums never ever work. If you capitulate you better believe more demands will follow.

That's me. Poked and prodded during my entire marriage. "Abuse" is whatever a woman deems fit for her agenda to accumulate resources.

Thanks for the reply and no she hasn’t indicated she’d ask for an extension but knowing her it would not surprise me if she does request an extension.

As a divorced father of 2 sons that’s precisely the advice I’m giving

Use money to invest not to impress. Focus more on your health than wealth. Can't get another body but can change careers. Choose your friends wisely and cut bad influences out no matter how hard. Learn to cook and keep consistent with your diet. Dentist every six months. Health checkup every year.

Sometimes, our lives are merely a parable to warn others. Me at 47. Divorced at 43 and of course got demolished by the family court system. All I can do is provide my sons with a real life example of the futility of pussy. My sons are 11 and already saying they'll never marry.

Enjoy. I remember getting my first offer and later a dog. It was a great time to be 22 and have money and a loyal companion. Don't be like me and believe the bullshit of buying a house, getting married, and having kids. It doesn't "make" you happy.

aBuSivE My ex. Absolutely zero evidence of abuse but that's what she told her lawyer. I wonder how many divorce lawyers just go tone deaf after a while knowing it's a lie.

You can find some BMI 's < 20 in a few scattered places, but nowhere where n < 4 also. Yeah I have to work extremely hard to get under 20%. Get below 20% and abs start to show. It's even harder for women. Any woman under 25% BMI is doing very well. This is the best chart IMO https://www.google.com/url?sa=i&url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.builtlean.com%2F2012%2F09%2F24%2Fbody-fat-percentage-men-women%2F&psig=AOvVaw3VnFPRrZLWwA3cPsA83kDK&ust=1588696598357000&source=images&cd=vfe&ved=0CAIQjRxqFwoTCODZsZXSmuk…

Because it's low level effort. Sigourney Weaver in Aliens was very strong and believable. Now it's just make social engineering to make women think they're just as strong.

Eh I disagree. I think everyone is broken in some form or fashion. Getting a professional opinion on dealing with life and others is nothing to be shamed.

Florida is such a hookup state. I moved here from Georgia and felt it immediately. It's MILFs competing for attention with teenagers at the beach. The warm weather and free lifestyle make whoring rampant. It's great!

Damn man this sounds so much like a girl I was dating last year. She was a bartender that turned 31 last year and had baby rabies big time. I'm fixed so that wasn't an issue but it's obvious after 30 they all want that big daddy government protection.

top 15% of women My experience is those 15% are there because they either actually take care of themselves or are hooked on some stimulant (cocaine or ADD prescription). So divide that 15% in half to get a clearer picture of marriage potential.

There's a saying in the US that it's better to be judged by a peer of 6 than carried in a box by 6. Chicago Illinois has one of the strictest guns laws in the country yet has one of the highest homicide rates as well. People will protect themselves before abiding by any "laws".

I admit having my 9mm in my car with a concealed carry license gives me some sense of relief even more than my 12 gauge at home. I just have images from the LA riots ingrained in my mind. I have 7 shots to at least give me a fighters chance if the situation arises. I know it's highly unlikely but just having my gun ready at a moments notice does give me some sense of protection.

I have 2 boys. I'd love for there to be a better procedure that is low cost that they could just fix themselves and unfix as they see fit. Women have the pill which is a low cost easy way to fuck whomever they choose. I want the same options for my sons.

I now avoid family run companies. Smart. Took a job one time for a small company. They handed out the phone directory and 1/2 the names were family. Another 1/4 was family relatives or friends. 1/4 actually did real work.

Damn that's awful and brings back a memory from my marriage. One time we had a pug and my ex didn't know I was sitting nearby and told the dog "I can't wait for you to die". I called her out on it and of course she denied saying anything. I've accepted that women don't have any remorse whatsoever.

Yeah I think so as well. My hunch is he knows once football is over so is his marriage. His work gives him an out from the daily drudge of family life. He's got a couple more years then father time will win. If anything once the divorce happens it'll be another stark warning for younger men thinking it won't happen to them.

Duluth Model. Every woman has married the state now. There's no need to get married because he state has control over pussy now.
/r/MGTOW07/04/20 03:20 PM

All family court cares about is money. The state doesn't give a rats ass about the well being of a child as long as the support payments are made.
/r/MGTOW07/04/20 03:14 PM

I like this analogy. And to be fair to father's in modern times it's damn near impossible to be a true father figure to a daughter. Women make up almost all early childhood experiences with education and divorce. It's no wonder the sons and daughters are not sure what their sexual identity is anymore. Pure mental illness.
/r/MGTOW06/04/20 02:24 PM

This is the best answer. I was skeptical about marriage even before I pulled the trigger. Survived 12 years of her heavy drinking and demands before I bailed. I'll never do it again so I have to play the "maybe someday" card when hooking up. I've seen men repeatedly make the same mistake and I hate it for them but you're spot on that it's hard wired into our mind that finding "true" love is the ultimate goal of life.
/r/MGTOW06/04/20 02:22 PM
1

Yes and just as important is understanding family court laws. Knowing what I know now there's zero chance I'd marry (divorced after 12 years). Women have leveraged family court to exploit Briffault's law.
/r/MGTOW03/04/20 03:28 PM

Never going back because women know what it takes to get attention. I've seen so many women with see through yoga pants to even count at this point. No way are women going back to dressing moderately.

If you want to party, go to college, if you want to learn, go to a library. And that's how the racket exists. You get a "diploma" for your "learning". I've always felt knowledge should be free and accessible so that those who really want to learn and get certified doing so are able. If anything the recent college scandals are indicative of the wastefulness of higher education.

Most sluts I know are in the restaurant business (hostess, waitress, bartender). Now that those are being shut down they don't have income or access to dick like they've enjoyed for quite some time. They're desperate for dick and money and it'll get much worse if the closures continue.

MRAs want government to solve it (never going to happen). Bingo. It's about control and MGTOW takes the ball and goes home in the game of courtship. The state has too much to lose by changing the laws.

You just described Briffault's law. Be prepared to go to war with that bitch and I mean go to war. Hire a lawyer or two and make it very clear what hill you're ready to die on. Let your lawyer know that you don't have a lot of time or money so they can't leech you. The things you describe should make for a strong argument in your favor and even a shit lawyer should be able to make the judge see you as the responsible adult. As a divorced dad of 3 I can only tell you there will be a lot of highs …
/r/MGTOW26/02/20 02:17 PM

Eh it'd be very difficult to abandon a relationship with a child. I agree with you because it's really the Family Court system that's flawed. I have a 75 year old neighbor that the judge forced to go back to work to provide for his ex wife. He just hands each paycheck to her. Archaic.
/r/MGTOW26/02/20 02:11 PM

Damn man I couldn't imagine. One of life's hardest lessons about human behavior. There are good people out there man just focus on self improvement.

Bingo. Family Court is the culprit. Take away all the protection big daddy government affords and watch women change overnight.
/r/MGTOW26/02/20 02:04 PM

So then if women should be strong and independent and dig their heels in to stand their ground how can those two coexist? It can't. It's one of the reasons marriages like mine fail. Family Court has women's best interest these days so men can only provide and that's it.

Yes and I had dinner with an old friend's parents that are well into their 70s. I couldn't help but notice the stark contrast with the mother and my ex wife's behavior. That type of woman no longer exists which is why I've given up. I'll smash and dash for sex but that's it from here on out.

Biggest lesson each man needs to learn. I'm not in monk mode but if I'm attracted to a woman I'll put it out there. If there's not an indication it's going anywhere I bail. Life is too short to keep barking up the same tree.
/r/MGTOW25/02/20 03:30 PM

Start with daily routines. Make your bed first thing when you wake up. Either 18-6 fast if you're over weight. Learn to cook healthy foods you actually enjoy. Save and invest even if it's a few bucks. Behavior over beauty and purpose over pay. The rest will take care of itself.

This is pretty much me. 2 1/2 years of alimony and I'll be in much better shape. I got lonely after my divorce but soon began to appreciate the solitude. Dating is even worse now than it was prior to my 12 year marriage so I've given up on finding someone.
/r/MGTOW24/02/20 04:13 PM

It's Family Court that makes this attractive. Dawned on me during my divorce that everything is separated "pre-marital" vs "marital" asset accumulation. It's a strategy to pull back and let the main earner contribute during the "marital" years. More men need to understand this.

What legislation do we need to get passed to eliminate HR from every company in America? The only way I see that happening is everyone switching to contract work instead of full time. Contracts should be explicit in time and material and have very clear wording on expectations. HR is the most useless department in corporate America but acts as a buffer to the corporate agenda.

Wow what a saint to quit her job to feed and watch movies with her kids! Amazing. And I'm sure she didn't have any hired help or professional chefs to make meals or maids to clean up. This is rampant everywhere and in every sector. It's bullshit and a huge elephant in the room but thanks to HR (mostly female) you cannot address it without fear of retaliation. I've noticed this and frankly it's one of the main reasons I divorced my ex. I cannot believe every woman I've been with always drinks more. Always. Strange times.

Those are profound differences but does not imply one race in inferior to the other. Eh yes and no. Depends on the situation. Generally speaking this is true across genders as well. No shit I used to roll over in my sleep only to have 2-3 healing crystals jab into my back. Weird shit.
/r/MGTOW02/02/20 05:07 PM

Classic. I dated a crazy bitch that believed in all the crystal healing powers. Bitch couldn't pay rent but believed the universe would take care of her. There's a lot of nuts out there that buy into all that shit.

All their efforts have amounted to nothing. Oh I disagree. We damn near had a woman president for the first time in history. Women have big daddy government Family Court to back them and use for leverage to get what they want. If there was a battle of the sexes women have claimed ultimate victory. Yes they are miserable and rightfully so but the ship has sailed on traditional relationships.
/r/MGTOW02/02/20 01:54 PM

Amen. Add to that marriage is forced generosity with the current laws.
/r/MGTOW02/02/20 01:48 PM

gain the knowledge that prevents them from having leverage over you. THIS. Family Court rebalances the relationship dynamic in favor of women and has been that way since no fault divorces were introduced in the 80's. MGTOW is just knowledge sharing and society hates that. I'm just glad I found this sub and can relate to so many like me that have been raked over the coals by Family Court in today's "equality" movement
/r/MGTOW02/02/20 01:47 PM

Should be top post. I agree that the excitement of a new partner isn't always cracked up to what you think it should be. Sex is great but it's about 5% of the relationship in my estimation and the 95% overhead is just plain work. It's exhausting and I'm done with it.

makes no sense But it does. The brain only fully develops by 25 with the frontal lobe being the last to fully develop. The lizard brain is the first and that's the part that makes you think like a raging horn dog 24/7 in your teens and twenties. Once you understand how your brain develops and functions life becomes a lot easier to navigate in my opinion. Very natural cycle.

Unfortunately in my experience the crazy ones are the best in bed. I read somewhere they know they're crazy so they have to compensate for it by being a freak in the bedroom to keep guys interested. But yeah never "date" much less marry a loony.

I'll maybe spend 5 hours a day working out Not sure why you're spending so much time but that's excessive. You're going to get injured if you keep that up. Good luck but even MMA fighters don't train that much.

Me as well. Add I've seen many friends and family members marry again just to see it all fall apart a few years later. Women just want the wedding not the marriage. I have kids but I'm done with the government sponsored relationship.

Mid twenties for me. Physical peak and decent income with independence. 46 now and I'm in a better spot mentally than when I was married. I take care of myself with a healthy diet and exercise but my joints are starting to give out. 25-30 was awesome.

Yeah I never got why Rogan got married especially to a single mother. Same with Bill Burr. It shows how manipulative women can be. Subs like this opened my eyes (I was married). All I can do is lick my wounds and never go through that shit again.

I plan on working as long as I can maintain gainful employment. My current situation is pretty good so I'm happy to stay on this path. The reason is I've met retired folks and good lord are they boring. Like there's nothing worth having a conversation about. I like the idea of making myself useful as long as possible. But to each their own.

Truth. The pill shifted the risk / reward paradigm for procreation. It removed all liability in mate selection and is precisely why women can explore any and all options sexually. If it weren't for Aids in the 80's it'd be even worse than it is today. It's only recently been acknowledged that the pill affects women's natural hormones to properly select a mate. But whatever man that genie is out of it's bottle.

60 40 but the Family Court has skewed that into 20 80. Women love power period. Marriage transfers that power to the woman and is exactly why women stop giving a shit about their spouse (see ATM with a dick). There's not a man on the planet that can circumvent the power of Family Court.

My boys are the best thing that has ever happened to me. She was the worst. I can relate. Women have the luxury to change as they seem fit as there's really not any repercussions. Family Law gives women entirely too much leverage in relationships and society allows it.

This. I've been thinking more and more about how much unbridled power judges have. Even if you have a prenup with both parties having representation during the negotiation a judge can toss it as his/her discretion. How in the fuck can anyone have that much power? One of my neighbors got a divorce at 70 and the judge ordered him to go back to work to provide for his ex wife. Insane.

I'm out. Divorce rape me. I no longer care. The price of freedom. Same. My ex MIL treated her husband like garbage. I repeatedly told my ex I wasn't going to stand for it. I took the divorce rape like a man and have at least some shred of dignity now. I don't view married men the same as I used too. Like Chris Rock said "50% of marriages end in divorce which means there's 50% of cowards out there" or something like that.

I figured my ex cost me a solid 12 years of my career in terms on wealth building. That sting runs deep and I tell my friends all the time about how family court encourages such wealth redistribution. In the end getting married and starting a family wasn't worth it. I have great kids but had I known how my life would be disrupted financially I wouldn't have done it.

How can guys still do it? As many have pointed out it's the sheer amount of indoctrination from an early age to be a happy man you need to get your education, wife, then make babies. That's a shit ton of social engineering that's very very difficult to deflect. As I got older I saw many friends and coworkers getting married and making babies and due to your innate biological narrative you feel you should do the same. This should be the top comment. It's all about indoctrination and control. The amount of social engineering starts at a very young age for both boys and girls. The gig is up so to speak and younger men are finally opening their eyes to the bullshit they've been fed for so long. It's not unlike the decline in religion as many finally realize there's no magic man in the sky watching their every move only to send you to hell if you don't comply. Indeed it's hard to witness and finally society is recognizing that lgbt is a mental disorder. All you have to do is look up the suicide rates for lgbt people. Making it acceptable isn't going to fix the mental disorder and suicide is a viable option as nature would have it. There's nothing "normal" about a man wanting to be a woman and vice versa. I think MGTOW is just a blip on the trend that's been going on since the 1960's. The trend will continue unless something catastrophic happens. Marriages will be seen as archaic, sex robots with AI will be accepted socially, governments will have to raise taxes, artificial wombs will be the way men reproduce. MGTOW wouldn't even exist if it wasn't for the way society has changed it's view of men or what being a man entails. Buckle up!

In general, the more the income disparity is, the worse it is for whoever has been contributing more to the marriage. Basically, if you were the person that contributed more, for whatever reason, our idiotic system deems it that you need to continue to contribute more to a person you now hate. The incentives are ass backward. This ^^^ Marriage is literally the most punitive arrangement I've ever been a part of. Women talk and they all know how to leverage big daddy government. Most music now is highly commercialized. It's a popularity contest and that's the problem. There are some good artists out there but again it's simply to sell themselves and not about the art. Even country is more pop. Chris Stapleton disrupted the genre for a while as well as Zac Brown. Alternative music doesn't have a lot of good bands any more. The 90's spoiled us with a lot of good bands in the west/northwest.

you can be MGTOW AND married No. Stop blurring the lines. It's no different than the fucked up gender identification shit going on right now. You choose MGTOW or you don't. Marriage means you're giving up resources to another individual plain and simple. That is NOT MGTOW. I was married and now I'm divorced. I'm MGTOW and will be even more when alimony and child support is done.
/r/MGTOW02/12/19 12:45 PM

It's been said here and I agree that marriage is the long con.

I've always thought women should just come out with their price. No bullshit gimmicks or pandering just be up front about it. Life would be much easier and less convoluted.

46 here. It's not the physical attraction to 20 year olds it's the mental. At 46 I need someone that can hold a conversation at least. Don't get me wrong I like a nice young piece of ass as much as the next guy but it's really hard to relate much less keep up with woman that's in her 20s.
/r/MGTOW30/11/19 01:09 PM

Hope his wife will suffer the pain he had to endure. You haven't been paying attention. Women don't suffer in this day and age. They have all the cards and know exactly how to play them.

Preach! I cannot believe in this day and age men still think women can stay committed or even show loyalty. Grow a damn spine FFS and just treat them like they hookers they are.
/r/MGTOW29/11/19 10:15 PM

I'd say it's even more than just the laws. If the divorce laws rebalanced to encourage men to marry it's not going to change women's behavior for the most part. Loyalty is out the window now so you're still sacrificing your mental well being as much as financial. As many have stated the winning strategy for a game you cannot win is simply not play.
/r/MGTOW28/11/19 02:25 PM

Have an upvote good sir. You are correct and the current state of society is not reflected in the draconian divorce laws. Even if alimony was removed and child support capped I still wouldn't do it again.

It's a slower process than you think. It takes a while for mass acceptance. It is happening though and I'm seeing more and more evidence men are opting out on the plantation. The next 10-20 years will be very interesting to see how society adjusts.
/r/MGTOW28/11/19 02:04 PM

Not sure what state you're in but sounds vaguely the same as Florida. I too have about 2.5 years of alimony and another 7 or child support. It's just a game the way I see it. A losing game that many young men like me didn't fully comprehend because of the love fallacy. All I can do is educate my kids on the matter and show them the error of my ways.
/r/MGTOW28/11/19 02:02 PM

They all ask what you do for a living as an indirect way to gauge your income. It's not hard to put 2 and 2 together to decode a person's worth. I'll just stay away from the marriage thing all together to avoid the game.

I think I understand that the meaning of life is self-determined, but is it really? I don't know, I think I'm stuck in a loop. I get like this sometimes. Feeling like everyday is the same. What helps me is thinking of life as an experience and not something to conquer or merely exist. I'd suggest challenging yourself to do something out of the ordinary. She said she made $60k bar tending and much of it untaxable I've heard the same from a couple bartenders I hooked up with. Deep down they love the guys giving them all the attention. I've seen a couple transition after they turned 30 into the real world but by and large they lose their shifts to younger versions of themselves and then panic looking for sugar daddy.
/r/MGTOW21/11/19 07:49 PM

Well everyone buys them drinks and most of the time they know how to work the register to hide their own drink. Eventually they all become alcoholics with very little self control. Bartenders are all the same. They latch on to the easy tip lifestyle. Eventually their looks fade and they are stuck without any real skills.

I got a huge life insurance policy when I was married and we had my daughter because it's the right thing to do. My ex was pissed that I wanted to have my brother and parents as primary beneficiaries at 5% each. My life insurance would at 90% for her alone would be more than enough to pay for the house, new car, and college education for all my kids. Our divorce agreement she would only get 40%. You can imagine how pissed she is about that.

how long it'll be until the laws are passed to force men to marry or jail time. That will never happen. Most men would happily martyr themselves in that scenario. There's not enough jail space to house men that would choose to stay single. I think eventually family court laws will have to change dramatically and even still there's just too much information out there now regarding female nature to warrant such a risky decision.

Well alimony isn't even tax deductible for divorce filings after January 1, 2019 so that's even more incentive not to marry in the first place. Alimony is indentured servitude masked as equality. It is not. Get rid of alimony and fix cost child care and watch women behavior change over night.

I think it's delusion. No way she's being honest. Some guy in his 20s might just be playing nice to her but not really looking to hookup. I've seen 50 year old women think a 20 something waiter is into them because he's being nice to get that tip. Happens to guys as well.

Gen X can confirm. I've relayed this to my family and friends that I cannot relate to my 10 year old sons. I've tried fishing, sports, hobbies, etc. that I was raised on. They hate those activities. Absolutely blows my mind. They're good kids and I'll keep trying to find healthier options to the iPad and PS4 but it's an uphill battle.

3 years. It's no coincidence that it was about the same time my ex wife qualified for alimony. Women everywhere know how Family Court / Laws work. My ex turned into a union worker at year 10. I filed in year 12. 3 years of misery. Had I stayed in another 5 she'd qualified for permanent. Nope.

Sex and The City was a hit back in the day because women were fed a load of crap. Also the movie Pretty Woman was also a hit because women could be literal whores and still land the handsome millionaire. Look it's the women's mom's filling them full of shit about dating and how to carry themselves. It's not going to change so why bother.

47 here. I'm not attracted to 20 year old women in the sense they are mentally unstable. Physically yes but having a meaningful conversation with a 20 year old is mind numbing. I'm much more attracted to women around 30 that have established themselves more and know how to carry themselves. To each his own but hooking up with a 20 year old is a waste of time for me.

Thank you! I really don't get all the comparisons to monkeys / apes on this thread. There are videos documenting monkeys eating other monkeys. Does that mean should be eating each other for a healthier diet? I'd argue we all have a unique relationship with food and nutrition. These recommendations are a catch all. It's pretty damn apparent we should all eliminate sugar, flour, and alcohol from our diets. Outside of those just moderation and some exercise makes all the difference. I'm not about t…

I'm assuming you watched Game Changers on NetFlix? I'm conflicted because putting evolution or nearest animals to our DNA as a means for diet doesn't really make a lot of sense. The basic path for healthy nutrition is elimination of processed and refined foods like sugar, flour, alcohol. Beyond that it strikes me that so many would argue for either an all plant or all meat diet. I mean it should be more of a trial and error with personal taste involved. I'm seeing more benefits from intermittent…

I think this really started in the mid-1990s Started before that. I felt like Madonna started the slut acceptance in the 80's. Blondie in the 70's also had slutty undertones. I tell this to my single friend that managed to escape marriage at 47. He's known me since we were 15 and talk regularly now about friends including myself that are divorced. Out of 50 I'd venture a guess that 5 are "happily" married. Usually that just means both parties are satisfied with the current arrangement. Job loss, health issue, or any number of unforeseen life changes and those "happily" married are no longer.

Everything you've written is spot on. I'm not pissed off anymore because I fell for that shit 15 years ago and tried the traditional crap. I'm not pissed because I've accepted modern relationshits for what they are now. All I care about is bettering myself and my relationship with my kids. Outside of that society can suck it.

I can’t thank you enough for that. I’m 46 and apparently a smoking hot 23 years old has been asking about me. Temptation still there even though I know I’m just an ATM to her.

A wife is basically a union worker with a guaranteed pension and no way to get fired. Spot on. And Family Court agrees. It's precisely why there are time milestones built into the relationshit. Make it to 10 years in Florida and BOOM you get alimony. Make it to 17 and BOOM you get permanent alimony. My ex basically gave up after year 10. My dumbass thought I could make it work. Got out at year 12 much to her chagrin.

A chad can get pussy easily. One night stands are there any given night. There's still effort to finding a hooker that you like. I've had plenty of one night stands with attractive women. It's not that difficult.

It's cuffing season. Same pattern year after year after year. Winter lockdown with a spring breakup (mating season). I had a lot of fun this summer and decided I'd take the rest of the year off to enjoy football and hone in my cooking skills. Obviously the female legion senses that and I'm constantly told about player X that's interested. A hot 23 year old server at a local bar is into me (I'm 46) and gotta admit it's still hard to suppress those natural instincts. At this point I'm content just…

46 and dating has never been easier. Not sure what those guys problems are because at this point of life you should be self aware (based) and know what's expected. Being established, healthy, and secure is attractive to all women. Dating has always been rough to some extent.

Thank you! Cannot ignore that the risk for pregnancy changed the sexual landscape. The fallout from the development of the pill and other contraceptive measures is very recent in historical terms. Unfortunately the archaic family court laws have not adapted to the behavioral changes. The genie is out of the bottle and there's no going back.

Completely agree. Sex gets much better when you connect with someone simply because you can communicate better and are more comfortable. Eventually, however, that connection wanes and you have to start the process all over again. In my younger days it wasn't a problem but having gone through the process repeatedly I've grown weary of the time and effort required.

I'm fairly certain I'm a Chad. Never had any problems getting laid and women with boyfriends or husbands come on to me frequently. Here's the issue. Even Chads have competing Chads. The women I've been with always have a Chad waiting in the wings. If I pissed them off (which I do all the time) they engage the other Chad. It's a never ending dick competition. I've accepted that and just fuck when I want with who I want and move on. I've gotten much much better at letting Stacys down gently.

Health is not a one size fits all. The person you describe might appear healthy but give it time. I have never met a smoker in their later years that had healthy skin. Health is made to measure and you have to find what makes your body feel good. I suggest finding out what body type you are first (ectomorph, mesomorph, endomorph) then focus your diet and exercise accordingly.

For that reason religion may decline but will never really go away. It will be replaced by therapy IMO. Look at past cultures. There were beliefs we can even fathom now. The Romans, Mayans, Greeks, etc. all had beliefs that no longer exist. Mental health can be achieved without voodoo or magic.

46 started intermittent fasting a couple months ago. On 16-8 now and plan on going 18-6 next month. It's really easy once you get used to it. Greek yogurt is best to break your fast IMO. Just for fun I time boxed all my chores just to get a better understanding of the level of effort my ex wife put into her domestic role. Laundry ~ 10 minutes Dinner ~ 20 minutes max Cleaning up ~ 10 minutes Groceries (shopping and storing) ~ 1 hour / week It really shook me as I realized how little time and effort it took to maintain a simple standard of living. My ex used to tell me I worked her too hard. This after we had a maid and a prepared meal plan service. The amount of lazy is astonishi…

This. It's not an age issue for men. It's a society issue for women. Women's behavior doesn't warrant commitment from men so delaying a losing choice is still a losing choice.

I thought the same in my 20s. Mark my words after you turn 30 the game flips. You'll be the rabbit and all the hags that aren't attracted will be hitting you up. Just focus on yourself man.

Eh I say embrace it at that age. It's OK because your hormones are at an all time high. Try channeling as much of that built up testosterone towards something productive. I remember at 18 and being around a lot of 18 year old girls at their peak SMV so I'd suggest accepting the natural sexual energy that's there. You'll get older and the game flips after 30. Then they think about you all the time.

Got a memory foam a few years ago. It's the best! My back is much better because my spine is more aligned/supported when I sleep. I have the extra firm because I weigh 212 lbs. I'd suggest trying a few out at a local company then finding the same firmness online. There's really only 3 manufacturers of memory foam mattresses but they get rebranded like temperpedic.

Same! Every woman I've ever been with drank more than me. Then I had a "stick up my ass" if I stopped. Or we'd go to a bar for 7, yes 7, hours to "unwind". That combined with the fact that I weigh 212 lbs. and my typical date would be 120lb - 135lb it's amazing how they'd always out drink me. I'm good for a few drinks here and there but damn these women would drink me under the table every night.

I call it bleeding out the pipeline of social engineering. I'm older at 46 and dated long before the internet, social media, and smart phones. Deep down even I knew marriage was a farce but it's touted as the right way to start a family. I fell for it as did many of my family and friends. I was blissfully ignorant to the power of family court. The good news is I can be a better steward to my sons in regards to dating and marriage.

Moron comment of the day. MMA fighters would jack any boxer up. Holy shit how dumb. When I was in college my roommate was a 6'3" 250lb. You obviously have never been in a fight. I have. I knocked out a guy I played football with in high school. Watched his eyes roll back in his head and had to be taken to the hospital for a concussion. Wouldn't do it again especially with a woman. Again I'm not justifying her behavior but given the context he should've just subdued her. I'd bet a large sum given the chance the boy in the video wouldn't do it again.

Whatever. Try rereading my post. It doesn't take much power at all to subdue a violent woman. Cold cocking her is taking it to the next level. And yes as many have pointed out I'm of the opinion women are just grown children. But if it'd make you feel like a badass to punch a woman then go for it.

Lobbying, believe it or not, had purpose at one point in our countries history. It's derived from "lobby" where constituents would wait in the lobby of their representative to voice their concerns and opinions. Now that has morphed into outright and unbridled bribery. Same. It's disguised as "passion" but it's just invigorating their lizard brains. Their biggest turn on is to be raped (by a hot guy of course). I've never been accused of being too rough in the bedroom and that's with choking, slapping, spitting, and hair pulling.

Ugh this is me. Especially now that Insta and facebook you see their ex's first hand. I can't get into a chick that's been run through by lesser men. It fucks with my head too much. It's even worse when they push the relationship agenda knowing they've been with guys that aren't as attractive and don't make as much. It's like they have low standards but expect me to see past it.

This is without a doubt the most accurate quote of all time regarding happiness. I get happy when I think of a fun time I spent with a friend or family. I'm happy when I get done working out and accomplishing a goal. I've never bought something that made me happy. It was a temporary bliss. Not once have I thought back on being happy about purchasing anything and that includes pussy.

18-30 women are the rabbit. 30-55 men are the rabbit. It's that simple. Younger guys need to relax. It's gross and unfair but every guy's been through it. 46 and I've hooked up with a couple women half my age. Wasn't anything to brag about to be honest. You can't fault nature. Just embrace it and carve your own path.

Hang in there bud. Eventually it'll ease up. Life is unkind to us all at some point. Try to focus on what you have instead of what you don't. Read more, listen to podcasts, work out, eat right. Women have us by the balls when we have kids but they grow up.

It's their #1 fantasy because it removes all responsibility or guilt from the act of sex. I dated a girl out of college that straight up told me to rape her. Note that they want to be "raped" by someone their attracted. I've had requests to be tied up and do whatever I want. The #metoo is backfiring in a big way I'm seeing more and more women getting aggressive in the dating market.

Women don’t care about sex, just what they can get for it. Mostly true but I've met many women that are addicted to dick. Of course they want to get what they can but the urge to get some dick over road their lizard brain primal urges. Those can be fun for a while. Just a text and some booze is all that's needed.

I've been cheated on by top shelf women. I've seen/heard many giga chads that were cheated on as well. It's not about getting top shelf women it's about trying to KEEP top shelf women. The adage "for now" is the correct addition to anything a woman tells you. I love you "for now". I'm loyal "for now". It's not getting the prize it's keeping it that's made many men MGTOW.

The reward is worth the devotion to that skill. If I knew I could learn a skill and reap the rewards of taking 50% from someone no matter what my input into the contract was I'd do the same. Fortunately for most younger men they have gotten the message and are adjusting their skills as well. As for me I fell for the manipulation but am adjusting now. Going to do the same knowledge share with my sons.

Your brother found a diamond in the rough. Honestly man there are some good women out there but like I said they are so hard to find it's exhausting to even try. Also your brother at 16 must have had potential that his future wife saw and she believed in him. Most women wait at the finish line and fuck the winner. At 46 I've arrived as a man and did my time on the plantation. It's scary how many younger women throw themselves at me now that I'm established.

I've been telling my single friends this all the time. Men like the illusion that their girlfriend or wife isn't a hooker because the transaction isn't straight forward. It's still a transaction. So what's the word on pair bonding and is it the same for men and women? I've read that anything beyond 5 partners it's not possible to pair bond in a significant manner. If that's the case for men as well as women then I'm done. I broke that threshold in my early 20's so at 47 now I'm damaged I suppose. Look up Joe Rogan on YouTube. He has a post that I've been doing for some time. Write down your goals. Fight like hell to achieve them. It'll take time but eventually you'll arrive. It's a journey and based on your post you have a goal oriented mind.

Few cocktails and some seducing and he's done. Been there. Testosterone wins.

Oof. And I'm sure you know it's fake but are forced to do so by the powers that be. Not a cop hater but the Duluth Model puts cops in a bad light IMO.

I have yet to meet a woman that didn't want sex more than me. The rougher and kinkier the better. Rape is the #1 fantasy of women. You're 100% correct that rape is nothing more than leverage in family court.
/r/MGTOW16/09/19 03:15 PM
3

True but I've known a couple of guys that are married to equal earners until the wife unilaterally decided to stay at home to raise the kids. Women have all the power now.
/r/MGTOW16/09/19 03:10 PM
5

Eh I'll go out on a limb and say I'd rather have women that are a little experienced. It's a fine line and I don't have an exact limit but I'd rather be with a woman that's comfortable with her sexuality than a virgin. I don't want a slut either so maybe I'm too picky. I get turned off if I know a woman is inexperienced or has had too many partners.
/r/MGTOW16/09/19 02:41 PM

He's trying to do the stand up thing but he needs to learn to stand his ground. He doesn't have to marry to be with someone. Since my divorce I've been pressured to get married as well. Happens all the time. Heck my brother is in his fourth marriage.
/r/MGTOW16/09/19 02:21 PM
2

My brother is in his 4th marriage. I don't understand it at all. You don't have to marry anymore. It's fools gold with government backing. I was married once. There won't be a second.

By and large my grandfather took his own life because he was suffering from emphysema. My grandmother spent most of her time taking care of her parents and really didn't look after my grandfather when he needed her most. This man grew up in the great depression and fought in WWII. Tough as nails Christian family man that ended up checking out on his own terms. I'd rather go out like that than at the mercy of some hospice folks that could care less about me.

Jeff Bezos. Brad Pitt. Albert Einstein. All divorced. Rich. Famous. Genius. All of them divorced. No way in hell any man can satisfy a woman.
/r/MGTOW16/09/19 02:00 PM

I'm not rich by any means but I fall directly in line with your comment. Outside of sex I have zero interest in associating with women at this point. I've given up on the fallacy of romance so it really doesn't make sense for me to be in a committed relationship. I've been up front with all my hook ups but it seems like they take that as a challenge.
/r/MGTOW16/09/19 01:58 PM

It gives him some leeway in addressing white women because he won't be chastised at home for poking fun. I still think he'll end up divorced at some point when his daughter is older. I'm looking forward to hearing his stand up post divorce.

Fuck that noise. What a bunch of dumbasses. If there aren't kids and she's not working those guys should file for a divorce.
/r/MGTOW15/09/19 08:00 PM

This. My ex dictated our weekends. Where we go and what we do. I maybe had 4 hours a week to myself. Her family always came first. Want a relaxing weekend to unwind from work? Not going to happen. Want a relaxing night after work? Nope. I've been on business trips with many married men and you could tell the freedom to choose was a massive relief.
/r/MGTOW15/09/19 07:54 PM

I wish I'd done more of the "no" back before I was marriage to see my ex's reaction. My dumbass believed every lie she told me regarding finances and needs from our relationship. Action not words gents.
/r/MGTOW15/09/19 01:55 PM
9

Fuck 'em. When I was married I paid for everything while my ex worked on her wine pallet. But I was expected to contribute to half the household chores and consume her shitty meals. Since my divorce I've learned to cook healthy and tasty meals. I have an affordable maid that does a great job. Other than sex I have zero interest in being with another woman.
/r/MGTOW15/09/19 01:49 PM

So much this. Salads are not the answer. It's calorie restriction combined with exercise. Cut out sugar and bread and see results in 2 weeks. It really is that simple.
/r/MGTOW15/09/19 01:47 PM

We don't choose our parents. But you can find a role model or mentor. Build your own life my man and leave the rest behind.
/r/MGTOW15/09/19 01:35 PM

Amen. I'm 46 and tried bulking back up with creatine. I put on 20 lbs of mass and was huge but my joints suffered and my cardio went to shit. Oddly enough I got a lot of female attraction though. They love them thick boys!
/r/MGTOW15/09/19 01:12 PM

Skin. Skin loses elasticity as we age and even the women that maintain a healthy lifestyle can't compete with younger ones. I don't give a fuck. I like what I like just like every normal man on the planet.
/r/MGTOW14/09/19 02:31 PM
3

Feels great now because you're relieved. Couple weeks and you'll start missing that ass. Then you might see / hear about her hooking up with a new dude. Then you'll want to get your dick wet again. My advice is to give zero shits about what anyone else thinks or wants. Be the man you want to be and if you meet some skank you want to bang then go for it. Otherwise it's not your circus or your monkeys.
/r/MGTOW14/09/19 01:46 PM

Good analogy. Once you conclude how trashy McThots are they nastier they become. It's not a turn on at all. Same with skanks on Instahoe. They've cheapened themselves and wonder why they're treated like day old pizza.
/r/MGTOW14/09/19 01:40 PM

This is me right now. I *was* proud of building up a roster of women who I could rotate in and out. After a while I realized it was nothing to be proud of because frankly I was on their roster as well. It's a waste of time and extremely too risky.
/r/MGTOW14/09/19 01:11 PM

/r/MGTOW14/09/19 01:01 PM

Not going to happen. It's all up to fathers to pass this on. Schools now are mostly made up by women. They'll never eat their own.
/r/MGTOW13/09/19 01:14 PM

Not one woman I've been with ever understood my desire to maintain a healthy lifestyle. I just don't get it. I think it's because they don't want competition for attention or something. All I know is I let women see my lifestyle up front and if they can't handle it then I'm out.

Lashed out at my last girlfriend for not complying to my demand. My tirade made her nipples so hard she could cut a diamond in Antarctica. I've never seen a woman get so turned on by being scorned. I learned a lot that day.

both of them due to their husbands being abusive addicts OK, I'll bite. Where they abusive addicts before they met your mother/cousin or did they become abusive addicts? If it was after then I'd wonder if your mother/cousin might have triggered their abuse (not that I'm justifying it. If it was prior then I'd wonder why your mother/cousin chose them as mates? I'm not sure what you're looking for but I can tell you my late mother was loyal to my dad. Thanks. At the moment my dopamine receptors are numb because I was banging two girls back to back for the last couple months. Once the receptors activate I'm sure I'll be back in the sex game. It's worth it to me for now because I really like being intimate with a woman but eventually the "where's this going?" or "what is it you want from this?" shit starts. That's when it's time to move on.
/r/MGTOW12/09/19 02:31 PM

I am seeing this as well. I've talked to a lot of younger guys and their attitude towards women and dating in general is 180 degrees from how I dated and treated women. I regret I didn't learn sooner but better late than never.
/r/MGTOW12/09/19 02:23 PM
5

Not sure how old you are but I've noticed women can gain 2 points or lose 2 points based on the initial conversation. Like an 8 can become a 6 if she's a dip shit or a 6 can become an 8 if she's got her shit together. It's great because mentally I can put women on their correct rating and they know it.
/r/MGTOW12/09/19 02:19 PM

My thoughts exactly. It'll never happen in my lifetime so I'm not even going to consider getting married again.
/r/MGTOW12/09/19 02:11 PM

That's where I'm at. I've learned to cook great meals rather easily (highly recommend an instapot). I have an affordable maid that cleans my place. I have friends that I enjoy spending my free time with. Unfortunately I still like sex but it's way too much effort and I get bored easily. There's absolutely zero reason for me to commit to a woman now.

18 is tough especially with the availability of porn. I didn't have access to porn like it is today at 18 but I could very easily see myself becoming addicted. You need to stay extremely busy otherwise your thoughts will drift to some scene that triggers your libido. Stay away from any influences and focus on improving yourself. I found putting a puzzle together helps change my focus. Anything that actively distracts you from your urges is the key.
/r/MGTOW11/09/19 02:40 PM

This is my feeling as well. Any goal that is achieved is rewarding right? I mean I get a rush from accomplishing any task that I set out to do. Dopamine isn't some devil juice it's meant to be there as natures reward. I agree that everything needs to be taking into moderation but this fasting phenom is getting a little out of hand.
/r/MGTOW11/09/19 02:34 PM

I got the sense watching it last night that he's on the brink of a divorce. Maybe not for a couple years because they have a kid but I seeing it unfolding. His bit about AI sex robots was on point.

IDK man. I'm 46 and have had a couple 23 year olds I've hooked up with. Hell even my 18 year old babysitter wanted some. It's gross honestly but if you take care of yourself you can get any age you want. I'd hit a 36 year old pussy but she better be a damn fitness model.
/r/MGTOW11/09/19 01:03 PM

This is the biggest equalizer no one wants to talk about. Getting a boner is 100x more challenging than lathering up some used hole. And women don't think they need to take care of themselves or be submissive in anyway.
/r/MGTOW11/09/19 12:58 PM
1

There wasn't religion back in cave man days. It was strong men that kept their women in check. It's not religion it's strong men that made women chaste and submissive. Weak men are to blame for today's behavior of women.
/r/MGTOW11/09/19 12:45 PM
3

Haha. This is true because every father wants to unload his burden onto another man. Unfortunately that's happening less and less. It's a compounding problem and the more single ladies out there the better it is for men.
/r/MGTOW11/09/19 12:40 PM
4

True. I've perfected the break up routine. It's basic but works every time. For the younger ones I just tell them they'll want kids one day and that's not something I see in my future. For the older ones I just tell them I need to focus on my kids and career. If you learn how to let them vent then soften the blow it's easy to pump and dump.
/r/MGTOW11/09/19 12:19 PM
13

So much this. Until there's a financial implication with real repercussions nothing will change. I just saw the new Bill Burr NetFlix routine and he accurately blames white western women for this bullshit.

/r/MGTOW10/09/19 06:58 PM

And I don't feel sorry for any of them. They have the world at their feet from 18-30 and how they choose to leverage it is up to them. If they haven't got what they want before the wall that's their problem.

This is my dilemma as well. I divorced my wife because of her behavior displayed in front of my kids. I would like to meet someone so that my kids could see what a healthy relationship looks like. Unfortunately after 3 years of dating I'm ready to give up. They are all entitled narcissists now. No way am I going to subject myself to that again.
/r/MGTOW09/09/19 04:23 PM

Dick envy. Plain and simple. Every younger girl I've dated since my divorce behave like they are swinging a big dick. Problem is I'm attracted to traditional traits like cooking and cleaning mixed in with at least some submissiveness.

It'd be worth it for me. I'd just wait it out like they all do until permanent alimony is on the table. Then I'd do whatever the fuck I wanted and force her to divorce. Pretty much the same thing they do.
/r/MGTOW06/09/19 02:29 PM
3

Eh I disagree. I'm not sure how old you are OP but if you're under 25 I can tell you it gets much much better. I'm 46 and love being an established man. It takes time to build yourself up but once you do life is amazing. Hang in there!
/r/MGTOW06/09/19 12:48 PM

My marriage counselor said I was keeping score. Here's my thing though. Of course it matters to keep score! When I was married I paid for everything, did most of the chores, and made all the plans for dates. What the fuck is the point if you're doing all the work in a relationshit?
/r/MGTOW06/09/19 12:29 PM

Every moron (myself included) thinks this way. I won't do it again unless she makes significantly more than me and brings assets to the table (mutual risk). Guys that get married more than once should be committed for mental illness.

Exactly. But try talking with an 18 year old. Physically they are hot but mentally they are dumb AF. I don't think anyone should be making life decisions before 25 as that's when the frontal lobe is fully developed. But that's just my $0.02

/r/MGTOW30/08/19 01:09 PM

Good for you seeing that. It was my biggest mistake with my ex wife seeing how her mom treated her dad. I told her relentlessly I wouldn't tolerate it. In the end I gave up just about everything as I wasn't about to live the same life her poor dad suffered. Modern women are all tainted now because their feminist mothers taught them incorrectly how to be in a relationship.

I'm 46 and the best comment I received from a 75 year old guy said women are the rabbit from 18-30 then men turn into the rabbit after 30. Women just want to wait it out at the finish line and fuck the winner. That's why.
/r/MGTOW26/08/19 01:56 PM

46 divorced guy here. There's nothing wrong with you at all. It's Family Court and it's archaic laws. It's third wave feminism and society's fascination with everything woman. If I had a do over I'd never gotten married. Consider yourself blessed with your single life.
/r/MGTOW26/08/19 01:38 PM

Ugh this. I always wanted kids so I got married to "do the right thing". Honestly, fuck that shit. I got a vasectomy after my divorce and couldn't be happier. There's too much pressure on young men to reproduce. I say screw society and live the life you want.
/r/MGTOW26/08/19 01:34 PM

So true! It baffles me that people can their their true love just happened to be in the near vicinity. It's all in our lizard brain and bullshit love stories try to make us believe there's one person we're supposed to spend out lives with.
/r/MGTOW26/08/19 01:20 PM
14

No. I had the talk with my sons at 10. There's so much on the internet and YouTube that it's important to have the talk early. I'm more concerned with their notion that women can be loyal at this point. I want my kids to protect themselves in every sense so having the talk early and often will help.
/r/MGTOW26/08/19 01:18 PM

I was married. Here's the deal. If your wife won't have sex with you just tell her you'll get it somewhere else. No need to fight and no need to beg. My ex would take the warning and have sex with me every single time. Over time she wanted sex more than me but that's just because sex with the same person gets boring over time.
/r/MGTOW23/08/19 02:54 PM

Sound advice. I also add when finding a lawyer to ask their fees up front. I interviewed a lawyer that seemed perfect but seeked $400 / hr. I ended up with a decent lawyer for $250 / hr. In the end they will fight as much as you want depending on how much you're willing to fork out. As you can imagine all you can do is lessen the damage from Family Court. You'll lose either way but it's just a matter of how much.

Spot on. My only exception is the occasional glass of wine or glass of scotch. Other than that your list is my current life.

If I ever do end up with another bitch, I will have to be clear that I am never marrying or moving again That's not the way to play. The correct answer is always "maybe someday". I'm never getting married or having kids again but I keep it to myself to string them along.
/r/MGTOW22/08/19 02:37 PM

Same. It's all monopoly money to them. My ex wife attitude changed every payday. Go figure.
/r/MGTOW22/08/19 02:16 PM

She will NEVER pay that back much less with interest. If any of you suckers want to help pay for these useless hags at LEAST get a promissory note. No reason to just hand over money.

It's gotten to a point where people want someone who can fuck like a pornstar So true. Since my divorce I can say all women try their hardest to be pornstars in the bedroom thinking that'll land a man. I like sex don't get me wrong but it's a small portion of time spent with someone.
/r/MGTOW22/08/19 02:11 PM

Stories like yours are spreading like wildfire. Might be a dick move but I give my son my child support / alimony check to give to his mother so he gets the message where all the $ comes from. I'm trying to teach my sons what marriage is really about. I'm also relaying my story and stories like yours to my younger single friends.

Yes! This is the reality that needs to be exposed. Family Court needs to abolished.
/r/FeminismStopsWhen21/08/19 10:51 PM

This needs a higher upvote. It's the soft underbelly of the corrupt family court system. It's a system designed to drain individuals and it's archaic. There should never be an incentive to punish people searching for happiness.

You'll have dopamine withdrawals but that's true with everyone. It might not help but I can assure you she'll cheat on the other guy as well. She's obviously a low character individual you invested way too much time into. If you need sex just focus on sluts for a while to get over her. Good luck I've been there multiple times. At least you weren't married to her.

Unless there are police reports and an arrest it's total bullshit. "Abusive" means she wasn't getting EVERYTHING her princess heart desired. It's a fucked up mentality that won't go away until real hardships happen.

Here's a tip. Write it down. I have goals broken down into: Daily, 1 month, 3 month, 6 month. Focus on your goals. Women will come and go. The irony is they will ALL try to sidetrack you in your progress. Don't let that happen. If you meet someone you want to spend time with great but frankly that's out of your control. There's nothing wrong with have a physical relationship with a woman just don't let it knock you off course.
/r/MGTOW19/08/19 03:02 PM

only 1% of women said they ever cheated on their husbands Depends on what women define as cheating. I dated a girl that claimed giving blow jobs isn't sex. I swear to god.

due to how shitty the laws are Good god this! Divorce laws have not changed at all to mirror the current trend in society. I'll never marry again because of it. Heck even alimony can't be used as a tax deduction now. Any fool that thinks women are worth what Family Court says get what they deserve.

It's a sad tale indeed. I don't feel sorry for them at all. A guy told me that women are the rabbit from 18-30 then the guy turns into the rabbit from 30-50. I'm 46 and can attest that's the case. It's fun watching older women scramble for dick.

Agreed. She was a natural beauty before all the plastic surgery crap and kardashians. Easily one of the hottest women I've ever seen on screen. It's a cautionary tale about the wall.

My last GF would spend $200 on her "energy coach" while her tires and brakes were shot and in need of repair. Ditched that one and have zero desire to get into another relationshit.

Ugh let this be a lesson to you younger guys. My ex drank wine like it was about to be prohibition again. Just look at the pics with all the drinking. It's a cautionary tale indeed. My ex has a sign in the kitchen of the house I bought her saying "Age and glasses of wine should never be counted". And that folks is just one of the many reasons I left her.

I was married. You won't be loved by a woman. Kids? Yes for sure but even that comes with a price. If you are unfulfilled you need to write down goals and chase them. Otherwise you'll be miserable.

This was my ex wife. All attractive women are mentally stuck at 25 because that's their peak SMV. Once the attention fades they become delusional and try to relive their 20's.
/r/MGTOW17/08/19 12:03 PM

Each state is different. In Florida alimony is granted at year 10 of the marriage. Permanent alimony at 17. Child support is calculated based on earnings. I'll never do it again but I highly recommend any dumbass thinking about marriage should talk to a divorce lawyer first. Even my divorce lawyer (female) agreed.
/r/MGTOW17/08/19 01:28 AM
25

Bingo. Was married. All of what you're saying is true. My ex faked being nice / submissive many years until she qualified for alimony. Once that happened she changed over night. There's a reason time milestones are in place in a marriage with child support calculators. Any fool that thinks women aren't in it for cash and prizes only are delusional.

I'd say for me it's more about the diet. Once I took control of my eating patterns (women routinely drink excessively and consume way too much sugar) my body responded. I finally have a strong core with a defined "dick path". My last girlfriend drooled over my body when we'd go to the pool. Unfortunately she was a complete drunk and only kept weight off with her adderall addiction.

If women can't relate their promiscuity to lack of healthy relationships that's on them. Frankly speaking I've been with too many women to be able to pair bond at this point which is why I really don't see the need to date anymore.
/r/MGTOW14/08/19 07:14 PM

Same boat brother. Half way done paying alimony this month so I'm starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel. Family Court needs to be rebranded as Women's Benefits because that's mostly what it entails.

46 and can relate. Lost only one home though. What men need to understand is that women are the rabbit from 18-30. After 30 men become the rabbit. It's been a fun ride but sex is just sex now and I don't want anymore kids. After my Family Court ordered obligations are fulfilled I'm living my life on my terms.
/r/MGTOW13/08/19 01:18 PM

This. I've finally reached the conclusion that ALL women are a net negative. I still like sex but try convincing me that a woman adds value to my life is a joke.

If she truly believes that she's in for a long lonely road ahead. No mention of the financial risks associated with women. No mention of the absence of loyalty combined with the risk of spreading diseases. I'd happily debate her on the merit of relationships in 2019.

I'm there now. Divorced 3 years ago and tried dating because I thought it'd be good to show my kids what a healthy relationship looks like. Unfortunately that's improbable these days. It was bad 15 years ago when I was married but it's even worse now IMO. Now I just want my kids to see me happy living life on my terms as much as that's possible. Hopefully they'll learn from my mistakes.

Good on you. Just unplug from main street media. Get your news from briefings not the standard politicized horse shit that's on today. For me podcasts and reading the daily stoic have helped me achieve inner peace. You don't owe society or women jack shit.

I'm the same! I think the body needs to be stressed everyday. I would recommend yoga because my joints have stiffened over the years and yoga has helped a lot with flexibility and my core strength. If I don't exercise everyday I usually can't sleep at night. I really don't understand why more people don't strive to be healthy every single day!
/r/MGTOW11/08/19 12:56 PM

At least twice a month, she got herself completely drunk. My ex was drunk 3 times a week. I shit you not. I kept a journal for 3 months and confronted her with it. She of course blamed me for allowing her to get so drunk. I tried to work with her and even suggested she go get drunk with her friends one night a week to get it out of her system. She got better for a few weeks and then right back to her old ways. I filed for divorce soon thereafter.

Women have wreaked havoc on male spaces for the past 20+ years. Women commentators for sports they never played. Girls complaining and getting into boy scouts (no boys in girl scouts though). Women running for and damn near winning the presidential election because their husband was a former president. The list goes on and on. Honk honk!
/r/MGTOW10/08/19 01:33 PM

In Florida there's a calculator to understand what child support will cost. I've never understood why income has anything to do with it. The cost for a child comes down to basic needs like food, clothing, and education which are easy to speculate. The REAL reason is the state knows women are frivolous and will spend away that extra money and that's good for business.

I'm with you. I'm 46 and have dated some women in their 20's. It's too much work. Their attention span is limited and all they want to do is party. 30's aren't much better but at least they can appreciate the 9-5 lifestyle. Truth is I'm sick of dating women at any age at this point. It's too much effort for very little reward.

Pure gold. I've been saying this for a while. In a perverse way our Government has taken away from both men and women what they value from each other. If Family Court laws were radically changed you'd see women change in an instant. Women want strong providers but also have big daddy government to protect them if they "feel" they're in an abusive relationship. I'm going to do my best to make sure my sons don't make the same mistake I made.

This was the soft underbelly for the value of marriage. Women would trade their youth, beauty, and innocence for providing and protection later in life. Thanks to feminism women are straight up whores now and give their peak SMV years to whoever is the next best thing. What men want in a relationship has been discounted since the sexual revolution. It's over for marriage.
/r/MGTOW06/08/19 02:59 PM

Cannot understate this enough. The lack of masculinity in schools and homes is going to exact an enormous toll on society in the near future. Women will still continue to blame men even when they aren't present.
/r/MGTOW06/08/19 02:45 PM

Yeah I don't know what you look like or how you carry yourself. Lower your standards and/or up your game. Get to know an older guy like me and follow his lead. It'll be come apparent rather quickly why women flock to certain men. It's mostly looks but I've been told repeatedly it's how I carry myself that attracts women. It might have a lot to do with the fact I'm sick of dealing with their shit. Who knows.
/r/MGTOW05/08/19 06:31 PM

I remember being 19 thinking the same thing. As time goes by it'll get easier and easier to get as long as you improve yourself. I'm 46 now and it's fairly easy.

Reality TV really helped my parents get a glimpse. My late mother watched the original Bachelor's and was appalled asking me if that's how women behave now. I told her a lot of it was scripted but for the most part women were much different. My dumb ass still got married and started a family but that's on me. Divorced now and vying for a better future for myself and kids. Very close to being done with dating all together.

She was face timing another dude while I was gone. Immediately left and ghosted her. Got a phone call/text from HER MOTHER saying I need to talk to her. Then get an email saying she's done and please take care of her dog (implying she's going to kill herself). All these women are on edge thanks to feminism. I…

I'd rather have some guy being lied into playing the role as a father, husband and provider; than have the state So encourage bad behavior. You want women to change overnight? Take away alimony, remove asset division, and implement a reimbursement for child support needs. That's the ONLY way women will change their behavior. Not by punishing some schmuck for doing what he thinks the right thing.
/r/MGTOW05/08/19 02:44 PM

The only problem with FFG's is they can easily slip back into their previous fat girl ways. I've seen it. Most of the younger girls now just use adderall to suppress their appetite.

That's the right attitude. I've been saying for some time that if it weren't for my desire for pussy I'd be 100x happier and financially independent. It blows my mind how much happier I was before hitting puberty. I'm really looking forward to losing all of my libido so I can live the rest of my life free of the pussy pull.
/r/MGTOW03/08/19 04:08 PM

I've been saying this for a while. It's a byproduct of feminism. I don't have the quote handy but someone said all feminism did was create weak men. It's really sad because I have sons and it'll only get worse.
/r/MGTOW03/08/19 11:58 AM

I'm sick of that shit. If things get serious (which is always a mistake) I ask what time of month do they have their period and ask what they need from me. The ALL use it as an excuse to act like misbehaved toddlers.

Good for millennial men not caving for the marriage trap. I don't feel sorry for single mothers at all as women have been in complete control of reproduction since birth control became available. You DON'T have to get married to have kids folks.

All CEO's have their golden parachute. Once you land that kind of gig you're true nature comes out. This dumbass is a SJW and will be replaced eventually by some other over paid moron.

If you're waiting for a woman that's not crazy I got news for ya.

Your dad is moron. I'm 46 divorced with 3 kids. I can still hook up with 20 year olds all day. Just take care of yourself and focus on your career. There's no rush for men to settle down.

Lazy and dumb are no way to go through life.

So much this. Jesus everyone likes to vilify men but I don't know any man that doesn't want to be there for his kids. My ex was such a shitty wife that I couldn't live with myself if my sons ended up with someone like her. Men have no role in society anymore other than working and paying taxes until they die. Fuck that noise.

Holy shit that's an awesome view. Pretty much sums up the struggle feminism has created for women.

Hopefully. Know one knows their death albeit from suicide. Having witness my mother on her death bed I can assure anyone that indeed we ALL die alone.

It's really the context of the emotion. If my sons cry because they've accomplished something they've been working for it's cool. If they cry because they didn't get the new transformer toy then it's NOT cool. Generalizing emotions is dumb.

Same. I usually give a snarky response that I'm a male prostitute.

This. Every woman knows there's a pay range she can associate with your job. It's a huge red flag if you meet a woman and her first question is "what do you do". I usually respond that I'm a prostitute.

I want one. The only complaint I've heard repeatedly is the ride is rough. TBH I am a sucker for a smooth ride but a Jeep Wrangler fits my personality.

I'm in the same boat brother. I'll be 49 when the alimony is done and and 54 when child support is finished. I would not do it again even though I'm happy I have children. Wife #2 will never happen.

46 here. It's one of the reasons I dropped social media all together. It's quite depressing to see girls from my past looking like death warmed over.

Ah yes I can relate. My ex informed me she was "taking the summer off" because I had to work and couldn't keep them half the time (not even in our divorce agreement). Marriage is the dumbest financial decision any man can make.

It really depends on whether you want to socialize or not. A local class had a trial for 30 days unlimited for $30 so I took advantage of that deal to get started. There's a lot of youtube videos out there. Find one you jive with if you want to save money. I have been doing Baptiste yoga which is pretty intense for a beginner. You'll start seeing results in a couple weeks with flexibility and core strength even if you do it a couple times a week.

Old guy here. I'd also add yoga to your mix. Honestly it's improved my core more than any exercises I've ever done and my flexibility / stability are 100x better. Iron is great but if you're looking to preserve your joints I'd also throw in yoga. Just sayin'

This. I don't think the average person realizes how much Disney controls our media intake. It's frightening that society can be influenced so easily by a single entity. I say unplug from MSM and plug into reading and podcasts.

Divorce court is reality. Social Media is not. They all hide their true nature until it's time to cash out.

Thank you. Neither party gives a shit about the middle class and that's precisely why the USA has gone to shit. It ain't going to get better anytime soon.

US Constitution 1st Amendment which protects free speech. Cringe video but it's one of the few things that makes the USA great. Suppression of speech or censorship is a form of communication control which inevitably restricts critical thoughts. Don't get me wrong I cannot comprehend the intent of those comments in this video but it's what men and women fought and died for. Now about our healthcare system ...

If you don't allow them to walk all over you, at first they'll see that as confidence and feel more attracted to you, but as time goes on they won't be able to take it and the drama and stress in the relationship will become unbearable. Eh I disagree. I've found out the hard way the more stern and "asshole" I act in a relationship the more power I have. It's been proven the person that cares the least in the relationship controls it.

Not only do their looks decline but so does their attitude. I got out before menopause because I've heard horror stories.

I'd say 90% of the 50% of the remaining marriages fits your description. I have seen happily married couples believe it or not and almost every single one of them they are partners in every aspect including income equality. It's such bad odds though I really can't believe anyone gets married anymore. I did it and am still paying the price. If Family Court didn't exist I think more people would be happier.

Fuck that shit. Regardless of the scenario it's the underlying message. I'm done with 007 for the same reason I'm done with Proctor & Gamble.

You're a fucking moron. https://www.verywellhealth.com/myths-about-vasectomy-3300169 True, the testicle makes both sperm and testosterone. The difference is, the testicle makes testosterone and transports it through the bloodstream, not the vas deferens. Testosterone levels don’t go down as a result of vasectomy.
