Risks: the woman can keep the baby if she wants and stick you with child support without a Damn say in the matter.

You need to have enough money for a nanny, babysitter.... Kids get sick. They are expensive as fuck. So you better have an extra $30,000 a year reserved for that.

Your insurance likely wont cover a pregnancy since you are not married and you are not the one having the baby ...so that is $50,000 for that too. Check your insurance.

Having said that....

Upsides... Coolest thing in the world to hear, "I love you daddy!"

You get to be the one.

You reexperience life...the birds, the squirrels, the flowers, through their eyes....and you get to experience the same joy your parents felt when you were little.

Why don't you volunteer with kids? They are being ignored at home and would love to hang out with you.
