Nope. Just stop any interaction with them that puts you under this law. In other words, rent. They are fucking up consent in the crimes law here in Australia, too. Prostitution, where you are the consumer puts it in to Commercial law. Consent to sex becomes a fundamental and necessary part of the contract. She can't make the offer of sex without or withdrawing consent. That is fraud. So, now the only way you can have an honest relationship with a woman is to rent. For added security make sure th…

Just check your local laws on cohabitation. Otherwise you'll wind up as family court cannon fodder.

Focus on the opposite of nihilism. Help guys to find or figure out their own purpose in life. It's been said that you know your life purpose when you're 2 years old. Use what you know to get them to rekindle it. Fire it up again. Hell, make it a spiritual quest for them to find it and fire it up in their lives. Teach how to reorganize their lives to support accomplishing it. You turn guys away from nihilism, you will actually save lives. Something to think about.

Just be aware that any Aussie domiciled property, eg house, shares in an Australian company, etc. is subject to the family court and she can still claim them after proving she couldn't serve you with court docs. Other than that, they can't do anything to you as long as you're outside their jurisdiction. Watch out for treaties between where you are and Australia.

Doing so violates the Family Law Act in Australia. The judge could jail you for it (contempt of court and custodial penalties). You could never return to Australia without facing immediate arrest.

One thing to look at is the fact this is only happening in Democrat controlled cities, not "all over the country". Basically the same cities and states that are trying to extend the lockdown. So don't worry too much about it. A revolution, it is not.

It's supposed to be for cohabitation primarily but, the legal definition of family is now so broad that "couples" who live separately but sleep together regularly can be considered defacto after 2 years.
/r/MGTOW23/05/20 06:58 PM

Can't be done in many places. This is especially true in Australia. If you are a "couple" for 2 years, you are a "defacto" marriage and subject to the family court. Oh and prenups are time limited by law to 5 years only. If you have children, they're cancelled.

To the degree you think the philosophy applies to you. Basic tenets - Don't get married and no LTR that can become or appear to be a defacto or common law arrangement. Nope. No alimony here. Child support and some very limited spousal support (limited time and limited amounts). But yes, you're now up for half your shit under the family court for any sort of defacto (common law) relationship after 2 years. Because they now have no formal definition for a family, any type of living arrangement is considered (FWB, sugaring, for example). You could be living in separately owned housing with separate bank accounts / financials, etc. and still be considered defacto …

Nope. Correct for Australia. Changed family law to cover defacto relationships. Have to be 2 years (not necessarily consecutive) as a couple (very loosely defined) or have children and family law applies same as if married.

You should apply for a restraining order against her. Harassment and intimidation. In Australia under domestic violence it comes under "systems abuse". Look up the actual description and use the descriptions in your complaint. Don't forget, the law generally is that you FEAR she could do these to you, not necessarily that she has.

A simple suggestion. Turn your hobby into a business. Sell your models on Etsy or similar. Take lots of photos etc. Especially showing how you make them. Or take them to a war miniature / games shop. Do a deal to do a showing for his customers. Split the sale with him. Make a name for yourself as an artist - sculptor. Tell your parents that modelling practice, especially the way you're doing them puts you way ahead for your STEM degree (architecture or engineering).
/r/MGTOW15/04/18 04:06 AM

Similar laws apply in Australia, too. All common law defacto relationships have been brought under the family court (federal) from individual state laws in the last few years.

If she's going for a divorce, it becomes domestic violence. All depends on her feelings about it. Being married presumes consent for physical contact, eg kissing, hugging, etc. If she decides to withdraw consent, it's then sexual assault/domestic violence.
/r/MGTOW23/02/18 06:02 AM

AFAIk sexual harassment is under employment law like workplace safety and conditions. So doesn't apply outside of that. Sexual assault does. So asking for sex inside a marriage no crime. "Unwanted" grab ass and tittie even in marriage can be sexual assault. She can press charges. Conjugal rights is a quaint notion that has been outlawed since around 1948 in Australia and just about everywhere else since then.

In Australia, the same. Also no legal definition of "a couple" because families are now so diverse. So you can be considered a defacto (common law) marriage subject to family law even if you maintain separate residences, bank accounts, etc. As long as she publicly decides you're a couple (eg "in a relationship" on facebook) you're subject to the family court exactly the same as if you we're married.

Only have sex with prostitutes, optimally in countries where it's legal. It's the only way to guarantee and fix consent. And the woman must always be the service provider. It doesn't work the other way round. Simple contract fixes consent. There is now no other circumstance or way of fixing consent from a woman. And I'm talking to YOU married dudes. There are of course the occasional good woman now. But the law prohibits your ability to trust her. A five-year-old waving around a loaded pistol with the safety off could be the sweetest kid you ever met. Doesn't change the fact that the gun can/will go off and you will die. As Karen Straughn astutely pointed out, it's not whether she would do that or not, it's that she can. Again, she may be truly angelic. The State, however, is decidedly not.

Llewellyn says. “The key issue is that consent is a fluid thing—that is, someone may give consent at one point in time, but may revoke it at another point in time. The only legally safe way to have a relationship (be it 10 minutes or 10 years) is with a prostitution agreement where she is the one making the offer. This is the only contract where consent can be fixed now and forever going forward. This only applies in jurisdictions where prostitution is legal like Australia. And to be clear, it d…

Yep. But you shouldn't sell/rent sex as a service provider to her or any other female. Consent on her part IS NOT guaranteed, even if it's legal (like in Australia). She can withdraw consent at any time during or after (or #metoo decades after) as the buyer. Only the offer of service by the prostitute guarantees her consent to sex under commercial law (assuming all the other elements of the contract have been settled and executed). Any other arrangement (even recorded yes means yes) and consent …

Doesn't matter whether most women do or don't. It's the law. And they are NOT stepping up to change that. They won't get mad at real oppressors because they benefit. Until reality bites them hard enough collectively, they're not going to change anything their insane sisters are doing. Women don't want freedom, they want security. It's a democracy and women are the majority voting bloc. Demographics matter.

Where do you live? Best check your jurisdiction for common law or defacto relationship definitions and time limits. If it's getting close, see a lawyer now to get out cleanly. In Australia cohabiting is now under the jurisdiction of the family court. Here it's conflated with saying "I do". So the clock starts ticking the moment she thinks you're a couple. There are several states in the US that do the same. So do it now, but check with a lawyer first if it looks shaky.

Um, staying out of jail is a good start. Not losing your job is another. If you had to walk through a room with rattlesnakes, you'd be very mindful of which ones were sitting up and rattling their tails and which weren't, so you'd know where to be to not get bit. Of course, the ideal situation is to have a warning sign so you can just avoid the whole thing.

It IS about manners. Men are mannerly with each other (for the most part). But it's also about the feminist "scientific" (/s) literature that says ANY manners shown to a woman is the evilest kind of benevolent sexism. Not good for consent, since "Yes means Yes" means she can change her mind at any time and withdraw consent at any time. About the only thing it could be good for is proving intoxication levels. It would be good for recording offers and contracts with prostitutes, however, especially the "private situations" types and bar girls. Would zero out the amateurs who are more likely to cry rape if caught out by their SO.

With feminists, I look bored and start counting the "-ics" on my fingers in front of them. Then I ask them if that's the best they can do. I add you've come up with 100+ genders and still can't do more than the same old tired 27 names? Come on get creative. Of course, they can't or at least haven't to me and it really winds them up. If they go the Nazi bullshit (you're literally Hitler, like literally), I get mock offended, because Hitler was a pussy. If you're gonna call me true evil, call me P…

That's because Trump didn't apologize or backpedal in any way. Just called them out and told them to fuck off. And then let his legal hounds loose. Never apologize. They take it as an admission of guilt and justification to burn you at the stake.

Lol you're mentally ill like most of society it seems. Er, no. With the laws on consent becoming ridiculous all over, the only honest legally safe relationship a guy can have now is with a prostitute. Where it's legal (eg Australia) consent becomes guaranteed under commercial/contract law. Just make sure you have evidence of the contract, eg going to a brothel, or recording the offer and acceptance on your phone if it's a private situation. As long as you stick within the parameters of the offer…

From someone who has lived in New Zealand, if she barely speaks any English, she's not from New Zealand. New Zealand is a British Commonwealth country like Australia, Canada and the US used to be. That alone is a major red flag. My guess is bar girl who bombed out with the white fella who brought her to NZ and monkey branching to a green card is really landing on your feet.

Mate, you don't have to die for this. Just rent. If you're not in a place where that's legal, save your pennies, and go on vacation to someplace that is. Simple. Edit: Remember this business advice: If it flies, floats or fucks, RENT.

Go the gay couple route. Surrogacy provides a lot of legal protection for you. Short of running afoul of child protection, nobody can take the kids away from you. Works for Cristiano Ronaldo , he's got 3 kids this way. Not cheap, but certainly cheaper than divorce rape.

Yep. Fuck the youngest women Rent. If it's illegal where you are, save your pennies and go to someplace where it's not, or get smart about how to play the game where you are. have children Follow Tom Leykis' suggestion to go the surrogacy route like gay couples do. Cristiano Ronaldo had 3 kids this way. Get some financial and legal advice about protecting your assets (trusts, IBCs, etc). Don't ever live with a woman for any length of time. And of course, do something that will make you the money…

If you have kids, it's any time. When defacto came under individual state law, some were 6 months cohabitation.
/r/MGTOW02/10/17 01:57 AM

Australia already has. All cohabitation over 2 years comes under the federal family court exactly as if you are married. Used to be only if you had children, now it's everyone. This since 2010.

Lmfao should i go around with an alchool test every time i go to a club? If you're in Australia, YOU SHOULD! We have the same rape law here now. Also, no definition of what "drunk" is in the criminal statutes. The closest is drunk driving law. So, if she can't legally drive, because of alcohol limit, she can't legally consent to sex. By the way, there is a legal difference between assent and consent. She does tequila shots. Blood alcohol is over the legal limit for driving. She aggressively want…

In Russia, he can't be fucked over as badly and in Dubai legally he's in even better shape. He's already got 2 kids with her, so not the worst deal as long as he doesn't live anywhere in the West for any length of time. If he or she does, however, he'll be hanged, drawn, quartered, tortured and then sent to Detroit.

Well, set up the foundation. Get it registered as a charity. Crowd funding to start would be a cinch. You can give prostitutes legal gainful employment as sex therapists. It's win win.

Trigger Warning!!!! Porn is the same as dare I say it? Pro Wrestling. It's all exaggerated entertainment, not real sex. Do you compare yourself to Hulk Kogan, John Cena, The Rock? How about the Authors of Pain? Learn to be good in bed, but not through porn. Also, if it's legal where you are, gain some experience with friendly pros. Legally the safest course of action, anyway.

They just instituted this in Australia a few years ago. Be a couple for 2 years and it's considered de facto marriage and she can take you to family court. It always was this way when there are children. Now it includes everybody. A whole lot of sugar-babies suddenly had to find new employment after this started. :P)

Anyway, why doesn't God just directly intervene in all this bullshit and correct everything? Answer: FREE WILL Let's not be so hasty with the Nietzsche, "God is dead" meme. Science is really good at telling us what is, but it has no answer to how to behave in what is. It also has drawn a blank on who or what we really are (consciousness). For example, teaching AI to see what is, winds up being incredibly complex and is not yet solved. Finding God, in whatever way you choose to do, does attempt t…

Depends on the ethnicity and/or culture of the male unit. Western, accept surrender. Others, eg communist or jihadist, more likely rape, torture, murder -- time permitting. Believe it or not, there are others out in the world that do not share our values. Fundamental Christian concept of the individual being the most important one.

No. Nihilism sucks. It is a powerful argument as far as it goes, but that the catch: as far as it goes. MGTOW to me is about finding the meaning in your life for yourself and not subsuming yourself to another or others. Find something to be good at, that keeps you interested and then devote yourself to that monk mode if that suits. Will there still be suffering? Yep, you bet. Life is full of suffering, but you can temper it with meaning, accomplishments of your own pursuits for your own enjoymen…

Yep. In Australia it was rape. Law says if she's drunk, she has no capacity to give consent. She's the same as a 12-year-old. He definitely could go to jail here for that, even without her pressing charges.

If you're going to do a trust, domicile it outside your country, ie the trustee is a company registered in another country. Make sure there are no records that show that you control the trustee in your country or available from your country. If you keep your mouth shut about it, with plausible deniability, throughout your marriage, you might get away with keeping your premarital assets. Good luck with that.
