Just got offered a job. It's a $25K raise in salary, comes with insurance (previous job had none), 401K, and 3 weeks PTO a year (previously had 1). The downside is my boss would be a woman. Should I accept? Is it worth the extra money and benefits knowing she's going to be bitching at me and probably all month and turn into an uncontrollable witch once a month when she's on her period?
