You weren't in a relationship with him, you were in a relationship with her. You know as well yourself that when a woman gets your dick hard- you're not you. You don't think right, and your judgement gets clouded.
Try to look at it like at least he was just the one to bust her, and if she'll push it that close and careless in front of you- she'd do way worse in more secret.
Agreeing you should just ghost/move on. If you want to get revenge sex from her or someone you know, it might make you feel better for a few days, but at the same time rolls the dice again to possibly just make things worse.
