What a f'ing waste of money. Invest that in something worthwhile instead.

Women are like diamonds: they're monstrously expensive, worth none of what the market claims they are, and the fake ones produced in factories are just as useful.

GYOW and fuck that 3 month salary bullshit. Wanna waste money? Waste money on yourself and buy a nice Rolex.
Random note, Charlie Sheen has AIDS. So yeah, don't get married and don't stick your D in diseased holes.

Charlie Sheen is a motivation for me. It motivates me never to be a drug addicted, sex starved douchebag.

Seriously. The number of tailored suits I could get for 3 months salary...

Loved that show. Showed the crazy difference in frame of mind between red pilled and blue pilled men.
[–]-Fender-9 points10 points11 points 6 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link
Written by a blue pilled person, who went on to write Big Bang Theory.
Just like how in fiction, all smart characters are limited by the imagination and intelligence of the writer, the same applied here in regards to understanding of reality.

Or hollyshit won’t let the write the story exactly how they would’ve liked to. They have to keep the masses dumb somehow, right

If he actually believed that, then Penny would have never been portrayed so much as being the prize in BBT. He would have eventually made Leonard realize that he was being nothing but a simp and still influenced by his high school fantasies of being with the hot, popular girl despite being a nerd, and Leonard would have understood that she's nothing but a thot with no redeeming features beyond her appearance.
The fact that nothing close to that ever happened in that show, and that even Sheen often engaged in simp behaviour in 2 1/2 Men, leads me to believe that Chuck Lorre has always been blue pilled.

Fair points.

There is an important truth in there. There is no global conspiracy of women attempting to extract diamond rings from men. Women aren't like that.
Most women aren't even aware of the value of their own pussy. They just blissfully live their comfortable lives thinking it's normal, not knowing it's their pussy paying for it. Using a beta bucks is natural for women. They are not thinking about it economic terms.
Men, on the other hand, have figured this stuff out. Men know that they can dangle carrots in front of other men and extract value from them as a result. The promise of pussy is one of the strongest carrots out there. That is how you get men to work 3 whole months for nothing but a worthless stone. That's how you get men to take out loans that will burden them for years for a single day of generic consumption. That's how you get men to desire cars ten times more expensive than necessary.
MGTOW isn't just about women. No woman can destroy your life. They are weak and have feeble minds. It is men who will destroy your life. MGTOW is about recognising the tools they use - diamond rings, debt, marriage - and staying well away.

The car thing bugs me the most. I work in automotive and cannot understand the mentality of all of these people. Most sheep:
"I need power seats because I can't bend over and lift a lever. I "need" power heated mirrors, lane assist, park assist, crash stop detection, 3.0l twin turbo with 22 inch low pros and a dual clutch transmission. Also I want A/C seats, so I can blow cold air on my ass"
"Can we do 8 years financing bcuz I don't have money?"
"Zomg my car costs so much to maintain, everyone is a thief"
I always shop for base models. I drive with no AC, yes it is uncomfortable sometimes but people go into debt to not be uncomfortable. They don't understand how much these systems cost to maintain. Live simply, and freely.
I see so many 20 year old men that think I am impressed by their BMW or Charger. Bruh, your car owns you, not vice versa. Yes, it attracts leeching women, that's why you are completely broke.

Seriously. I have a 5 minute commute and the government thinks I need 10,000 in safety "features"
I envy third world countries where you can just hop on a cheap scooter and go.
To work in so much of the nation, you need a car. You need something expensive and costly to maintain just to go flip burgers.
Ive always thought toyota should sell a base model corolla or tercel, the ones from 2000-2005. Make it brand new, no features and sell it for like 10k brand new. No R and D needed. Warranty budget would be so much lower since they know common problems with the models.
A dependable engine and transmission with minimal electronics, I would 100% buy. And I wouldn't need to finance.

If I didn’t know about the safety of the car I was buying, I would just check the NHTSA and make sure it’s not some garbage car with problems worthy of a recall(which has happened countless times).

I've heard that three months salary thing I would love to buy a ring and then have a woman say that to me that trash would be taken back to the store and I would take the ring back too hehehehe

Loved this show. Great laughs, pretty redpill, Charlie was awesome and I respect Alan’s actor for doing a great job at acting out such a pathetic character (that serves as a role model for always doing the exact opposite of what he would normally do).

I'd spend my three month salary for that piece of rock if i'm building a laser gun. I'd say it's worth every penny.

Watch the first 6 or 7 seasons when Charlie Sheen was on. Don't bother with Ashton Kutcher seasons , he plays some rich simp.

There is something wrong on the slave trade, lets see. In past people could be in debts and as punishment to be converted to slaves, unwiling.
Other way, people was captured and traded as slaves, unwilling.
But in this case, the free male is putting himself in debt to be accepted as a worthy slave, and destroy his freedom by choice.
The sad part i was that way too... but i hesitated, and lost the chained caravan.

I never got the engagement ring thing, but it definitely wasn't something I was about to do. Stuff like that 3 month rule, expensive weddings, all the trappings surrounding it, that is all for upper middle class people, and above. You don't waste money on that when you live pay check to paycheck.
And PragerU wonders why men don't want to marry any longer.
[–]StingRayFins2 points3 points4 points 6 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
LOL three months? I hear multiple girls saying it needs to be one year salary or over $100,000. Whichever is more.

Disgusting...

Credit where credit is due, those jewelers really sunk their teeth in and created what is possibly the greatest advertising/sales pitch of all time. The best part is that they don't even have to push it anymore, it's common knowledge.

Diamonds make great cutting tools. Gold is a good conductor that resists corrosion. Their value as a commodity is merely due to them being rare and shiny. Our species values shiny things because it reminds us of water, so it attracts us. Someone a long time ago capitalized on our basic instinct for preservation.

Ask what kind they want. Tell them you are going to buy one like that in the manner you buy everything else.
If you by the cheapest shit that lasts, BOOM cheap ring. If you splurge on yourself, then splurge on her. Fair is fair.

"Splurge on yourself, splurge on her"
One thing is not like the other. Guess which one it is? Lemme guess, never been engaged before? Silly goose.
