This. There have been multiple high profile cases that you can find where the woman:
1) Gave a guy oral, then ran to the bathroom and impregnated herself with the sperm.
2) She took the condom after sex and did the same thing.
And in every instance the guy was ordered to pay child support. According to the courts "If he's the father then he's going to pay," they don't care how it happened.
