Just imagine the precedent set if he was found guilty. That would mean anything your lover did during sex that you did not like, would mean she could charge you with rape or sexual assault. Hell, one gf of mine nearly tore my dick off trying to give me a handjob, had to teach her that it's up and down the shaft and she could not put me into 4th gear like a god damn car. Could I charge her with assault because of that? Personally I think that judge was wrong for actually letting this trial go on to the point where the jury had to make a decision.
