I wish that the paramedic part were true but it's not: https://www.cbr.com/thor-paramedic-mjolnir/
[–][deleted] 6 points7 points8 points 7 years ago (8 children) | Copy Link
What? No way I've seen it! That can't be true.
[–]PuchNoob5 points6 points7 points 7 years ago (6 children) | Copy Link
Oh weird, maybe there's a different issue where it actually happens
[–][deleted] 2 points3 points4 points 7 years ago (5 children) | Copy Link
It was a black bald headed guy, drawn in an older style I'm sure of it.
[–]PuchNoob2 points3 points4 points 7 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link
Oh interesting, I'll try and find it later
[–][deleted] 3 points4 points5 points 7 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link
I've been looking since I posted that and can't find it anywhere! It was the old school thor with the winged helmet, it was after a battle and a real nonchalance moment he handed it to him and walked away. Every one just stared.
[–]PuchNoob1 point2 points3 points 7 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
That sounds awesome, I wish it was easier to find
[–]Itsbbbitch2 points3 points4 points 7 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
You'll never be able to find it because it's a Mandela Effect. Trust me, I've had lots of personal experiences with them.

Mandela Effect.
[–]_Gnas_9 points10 points11 points 7 years ago (11 children) | Copy Link
Cap can lift it too
[–]OurHeroXero7 points8 points9 points 7 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
>!Also Vision!<
[–]TheLawandOrder2 points3 points4 points 7 years ago (7 children) | Copy Link
I thought cap was only able to shift it about an inch. I don't watch this series but I saw a clip of them all drinking and trying to lift his hammer and cap was the only one to even wobble it.
[–]Itsbbbitch1 point2 points3 points 7 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link
He lifted it and used it to fight Thanos in Endgame.
He most likely faked not being able to lift it to spare Thor's feelings.
[–]Fantoche_Dreemurr1 point2 points3 points 7 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
That's what I got from the drinks scene too. You could tell Cap was hiding something with his expression, he wasn't even trying hard, just a gentle budge to see if it would move and it did.
[–]TheLawandOrder0 points1 point2 points 7 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
That explains it. I haven't gotten around to watching the newest Avengers film yet.
[+][deleted] 7 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
Yeah I actually edited my comment - one theory is he pretended he couldn't to spare Thor's feelings, the second theory is that Age Of Ultron took place before Captain America: Civil War, and what made him worthy was the fact that he threw away everything, his life, his career, his identity and became a fugitive on the run to save Bucky from being captured, yet still freed all the Avengers from the prison, while also trying to maintain open communication with Tony after admitting he knew about how his parents died, and that was what made him worthy of lifting Mjolnir. I really like this theory.
But I edited it because it was too many words and didn't wanna confuse the guy I was replying to.
[–]justiceavenger20 points1 point2 points 7 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
In Endgame Captain America used it.
[–]justiceavenger21 point2 points3 points 7 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
At least he is worthy to use the hammer.
[–]jbslol0 points1 point2 points 7 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

[–]Let-It-All-Go 18 points19 points20 points 7 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
Marvellous, now she can hit the wall with that.
[–]AeternusDoleo5 points6 points7 points 7 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
... think she knows how to handle a hammer? Nope, that wall will remain undefeated.
[–]BlackFire6810 points11 points12 points 7 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
She can’t fucking lift ratings... how she gon lift Thor’s hammer?

I know it's easy to project the hatred to this sad girl, carrying a name from a below mediocre French cheese. But this girl is merely a product of the vile feminism BS we are bombarded with. She's the product going too far and ruining the MCU totally. IMO Hollywood with it's SJW BS agenda is quickly imploding on itself. Don't get me wrong: within fiction I have no objection against a female superhero whatsoever. But characters like Captain Dry-vel is pushing it over the top. I.o.w. "nobody cares" is totally spot on OP.

C.B Cebulski: "It is time again for yet another Captain Marvel relaunch. What type of exciting story should we grab readers with in this new issue #1?"
Sana Amanatt: " How about Captain Marvel being worthy enough to lift Mjolnir and become Captain Thor!"
Social Media director: " we can also call people who criticize the book sexist alt right man babies in an attempt to boost sales."
[–]CausticAxion1 point2 points3 points 7 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Hey, she looks like Sasha Grey. Atleast she's got that!
[–][deleted] 1 point2 points3 points 7 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
I don't know why she's leaving or where she's gonna go I guess she's got her reasons but I just don't wanna know 'Cause for twenty-four years I've been living next door to Brie,
Larson
Zero fucks given to a character and movie I wouldn't see even if you bought my ticket, hot dog and popcorn.
[–]Itsbbbitch1 point2 points3 points 7 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
So the fuck what? Captain America and Vision already did it.
[–]anonanyo1 point2 points3 points 7 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Exactly. Brie Larson shouldn't be worried about compensating for Captain Marvel.
Actually, I'm curious about seeing Rhonda Rousey play the part of Captain Marvel.
Larson vs Rousey... FIGHT!
[–]Ohboohoolittlegirl1 point2 points3 points 7 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Brie Larson is the actor, not the writer. Who gives a shit what this dumbass says
[–]Dijitz2012 0 points1 point2 points 7 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link
A man lifted it first (vision)
[–]JerryC1210 points1 point2 points 7 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
Wasn't he supposed to be an AI or something? Does that really count as a man?
[–][deleted] 0 points1 point2 points 7 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
If not, then he's the world's most rxpensive dildo lol
[–]trollonte0 points1 point2 points 7 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Seriously, who cares. They just need a women to seem dominant for sales and their agenda. Truth is.. women are super weak in comparison to us. They need us WAY more than we need them.
[–]shun23110 points1 point2 points 7 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
She moment I saw her in avengers I know this is a feminist hero, short hair and unattractive.
[–]SavageDragon730 points1 point2 points 7 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
So I guess we're just supposed to sit back and be expected to accept that no defining character traits = worthy?
Bih' please!
[–]anonanyo0 points1 point2 points 7 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Instead of fighting over Mjolnir, Captain Marvel should team up with Valkyrie to take on DC's villainous lesbian couple Poison Ivy and Harley Quinn. Now, I don't mean in a fight, or a 4 way crossover lesbian scene, but rather have two front line female heroes in a lesbian relationship.
I know in X-Men, there are lesbian characters, but Captain Marvel is a front line character which can really give a spotlight to their relationship.
Forge new grounds. Heck, have a make out scene. It's a comic movie with an inter-racial lesbian make out scene. Brie Larson and Terra Thompson would surely make the news then.
You have to have an ass to lift thors hammer.

Brie can also get me to lift my middle finger...
