It means nothing. Generally people would consider them as a Chad, Jose, Mohamed, Tyrone or whatever but it doesn't affect them in any aspect as long as they know how to use protection.

Men's biology and psychology is way completely different than women's and not to mention the fact that the more sex a man gets from different girls, the more experienced he becomes in sex. It's more like learning to dominate a sport.

Men with n-counts have no negative impacts on relationships, and in fact make them better lovers if they've bothered to give a shit about their partner.

Also, women prefer men with high n-counts as he's in demand and makes her clit quiver. Women only want betas with low n-counts so they control the sexual transactions for manipulation and withholding.

I personnaly have no opinion about other guys their sexual partner count, since I'm not trying to form a romantical relationship with them. Since MGTOW this is kind of the same for women. The only time I care about a sexual partner count is when I would sleep with a woman, since the chances of STDS ect ect. However I do believe that for men a higher sexual partner count means in general that they are more deseriable (its simple marketing if you sold alot to people already you brand will hopefully sell itself, especially if you have some kind of elite market presence (think about apple for example that kind of stuff)). For women its the other way around, if she has alot of sexual partners she becomes in general less deseriable. Simply because men tend to want something unique and propper in their lives (think about the multitude of different car lovers who all have a certain car they care for deeply simply because it is their and unique), women tend to be the other way around, they all want the thight gap when that is all of sudden populair, then it is big lips, then it is short hair, then long hair, they want what is desired by other women more then something unique. Therefore a men desired by quite a few women will be desired by more since it is populair and so they want that.

Also there is a naturalistic explanation but that has been told to many time, if you search on this reddit you will find it for sure.
