Work in the restaurant industry, can confirm .

The women are held to less of a standard than male workers and work less hours but still complain they dont get paid enough or being tired all the time

I just completely ignore it as their looking for sympathy and support. Dont be a crutch

Tell me about it. I work in the service industry. I’ve been all the way from dishwasher to semi manager. Opened my eyes a lot about female nature. 70% i work with is female. Lot of females in high positions aswell. And a lot just new. 95% are lazy or on a powertrip.

I will make a venting post about my experiences soon.

Yup.

Well, chicks are also less oppositional and much MUCH more submissive. Therefore, in general, nobody expects ANY kind of breakthrough from them, no cutting edge progress, but support.

Examples: Masseuses for the coders in China. Office clerks. Facebook "PR" and "MoreCatting".

Basically papers and lies.

Try to let go of the hate. It feels a lot better when you’re not angry. Self reflect that if you had grown up being treated the way attractive women are treated you’d almost certainly have your fair share of character flaws.

At one company I was in, every quarterly announcement of promotions was just a list of women's names.

Yes, Op. yesterday was rather frustrating.

Female manager + female colleague.

Female colleague spends most of the day moving around doing nothing and complaining about the cold temperature. Everyone is wearing suits and ties apart from her and the manager, so of course she’s cold. Also spent a great deal of time whining about disorganisation. Offer a solution? Nah.

When she had a specific job, she proceeded not to do it to the point where the female manager passed it into me and my other male colleagues at the last minute, and expected us to finish it immediately. Funnily enough, they did. I was interrupted by the female colleague who proceeded to tell me it wasn’t up to her standard. I told her I’d leave her to it then. The finished result looked shit.

First to be 100% ready to leave the shop though? Her. She didn’t even move the thing she was working on from the middle of the damn floor before putting her jacket on.

When it’s an all male team it is a bro club where jobs get done, jokes get told, and everyone has a good time. Women on the team? Instant shitshow.

I’ve never actually had to deal with the red pill rage, but I actually felt it for the first time the other day. It fit the women in the workplace idea that mgtow puts out there 100% and the frustration is rooted in the fact that I couldn’t say a damn word to her because the white knights, simps, and woman manager would fucking destroy me.

That's why I am self employed man. Work with wymn is cancer. You will lost all your focus. If you are redpilled you can wath their childish behavior all day long. Who give them rights?
