There isn't anything to go main stream. This isn't a movement, it's literally just men choosing not to conform to society's standards.

This will never go mainstream, men still desperately want to sacrifice themselves to women in marriage the problem is that women have been liberated and can fuck who they please and have all the power in the situation. So they no longer feel the need to settle for a guy they perceive to be under them (even though they are probably about the same in relative attractiveness). So they are not interested in dealing with most men unless that man provides sufficient monetary value to her. Your avg man or even those slightly above avg are not good enough any more as women's hypergamy have been unleashed and no longer regulated to some extent by society. These men are fed up but are not necessarily fed up with women and would quite happily marry a woman if she let him and he had the economic resources to do so. I may have a different view since I live in the southern United States but I don't see a lot of young men or even those with 2 or more divorces going in a mgtow direction. They are just reacting to an environment just like women did years earlier.

but you could do it. just do something legal that would make good clickbait and then post it on social media
