Nofap actually does make noticeable changes in your life. Both physical and mental. While it seems a lot do it to find a relationship, I realize it helped bring a state of calm and a lot less anxiety. It also helped bring incredible confidence and energy to execute in all matters of life. You do get more horny but only in the initial stages. Once you practice long enough, you become more DGAF and just focus on things that matter.

The important thing is to figure out why you do nofap. Eventually you realize it helps one become more mgtow.
