Too early to say I'd experienced real hardships maybe yet but I'm still taking precautions.

Not worried about my next meal... that one will be approx 650 calories and 98 grams protein for lunch tomorrow. The one after that, though... I'll have to do that more on the fly. Eh, I'm sure it'll work out, I'm tracking the macros. Down about 6 pounds on this cut so far.

TBH good on all but 6... well IDK i don't have anything that i'd consider goals outside of my career and those are more orientated around "so i can retire" means to an end kind of deal less than goals that i have set for myself type of deal.

Edit: in hind sight maybe its just like i'm over critical of myself and have a hard time seeing my "achievements" and tend to minimize my accomplishments... i guess i do have fitness goals but not entirely sure what i will do with myself if i manage to meet my career goals that is to say the after the after.
