They don't communicate well at all. What happens is they talk a LOT and they mistake it as communicating. If you actually pay attention and observe and soak in what is being spouted out 90% of it is repetitive or nonsense. 10% is accurate and have merit.

HOWEVER, it quickly loses merit when you believe it or take it seriously because they link their feelings and emotions to it. It almost never means what it sounds like.

Have you ever heard:

"You should have known what I meant!"

or

"I didn't mean it like that!"

or

"Well my friend understood what I meant"

and

"I never said that"

They have a not being direct with their emotions problem, expecting everyone to know what state they're in without actually telling anyone. They want attention, they want people to cling to them, make them feel unnecessarily special, and then she gives in and says something. Basically like an upset child.
