I frequently find myself falling into the same kind of traps as before (more of a sucker for hookups than actual relationships, but I don't want any of it from now on). I had heard the phrase "monk mode" used here several times, and in context it seems that "monk mode" is just when you fully devote yourself to the ideals of MGTOW and the cause of self-improvement.
I didn't see anything about it on the sidebar, and a google search resulted in conflicting answers. Does anyone here have any good resources for me on this subject? Also, what are you experiences with monk mode? Are any of you currently doing it and do you have advice for someone new?
I'm just kind of drinking this all in. I'm already passionate about fitness (dropped from 35 percent to 28 percent body fat in several months) and lift everyday. I have a good job in technology but I frequently find myself distracted by bullshit that prevents me from giving my all to my career (which I know I should).
Any and all advice is welcome, thanks brothers.
