Reading through experiences, a lot of guys go MGTOW and don't necessarily know what to do with themselves now that they aren't dating anymore. In that regard, let me share some of what I've been doing, and perhaps provide some guidance that has helped me. I cannot say these recommendations work for everyone, but they certainly were advantageous for me.
First of all, focus on yourself, your interests. Odds are, there is at least something you wanted to do during your relationships that you couldn't. It could be something simple like getting a tattoo, or more financially dependent, such as traveling. Give consideration to the things you weren't "permitted" to do (or were frowned upon) during your relationships, and do them. Get in touch with your interests again, try to remember who you truly are. Sometimes it can take a while, but with time, your true self will re-awaken.
Next, the matter of companionship. Personally, I'm not very social to begin with, and generally am very introverted. I grew up an only child, so being alone isn't a problem. However, when you've been in a relationship for a long time, you do get very used to coming home to someone. My recommendation is to get a pet if you don't already have one. Any pet can be good company, and it gives you someone to care for. I have a cat, and he's the joy of the household. He is a Siamese offshoot, so he is extremely social. I highly recommend that breed, as they are great companions. Mine follows me everywhere I go in the house, and loves to spend time with my father as well.
As far as sexual needs, there is plenty of porn on the Internet, and don't be afraid to consider sex toys, they serve a purpose. I'm 45, and don't have the sex drive I used to in the first place, so it isn't that much of a distraction. I still have one however, but once the orgasm is over, my needs are met. If one is truly objective about it, a woman is more of a hassle in that regard, as most of the time we want them gone after we are finished.
Finally, back to point one, find yourself. Follow your interests, keep yourself busy, spend time with friends and family. I've found a great deal of enjoyment caring for my elderly father, giving back the love and care I was given growing up. It doesn't matter your age, there are always new experiences waiting for you. The important thing is to move on, and not dwell on the past, focus on what you've gained, not what you've lost.
