Not huge on eugenics, but modern America literally rewards underachieving and having kids you can't afford.

Men that go around and randomly impregnate women, have the government pay for their children. This money comes from people with actual jobs and income. People that live off government support aren't taking money from the government, they're taking it from YOU. Never forget that.

On the other hard working men who should have kids are threatened with a divorce taking away their income, kids, and sanity. You don't have to be rich to be a "hard working man", just a responsible man that has a job and shows up sober. These are the men that the system punishes.

This is literally the exact opposite of natural selection.
