Going from a few odd construction jobs which the staff were all male and the type of guys who could handle the odd offensive joke or non pc comment. I recently retrained and got a job in an office space dominated by women (probably 70%), i tend to work more productively with men and i know that any mildly offensive comment will be over analyzed and reported to the hr troll. Any advice?
