You don't need to be mean or rude. They're hella dangerous and you'll only make yourself a target. Just be normal, but don't believe their lies, excuse, or promises. Then, you should be fine.

Interesting words. Well, I would say that you should not be looking to treat them less nice. Just with the same indifference you would treat any male you come across. Example, if your at a bookstore or somewhere. you do not make eye contact or stare at some male. Same rule applies. Treat them as just another human in the world. No better no worse. When I meet a person, any person they start with a base 500 credit rating. If they treat me well and i see their actions and words are good than that rating goes up. If they are dirt bags seem to lie, cheat and in general not good human beings. That credit rating falls. This is also the measurement of whether I consider them a friend or acquaintance or want nothing to do with them at all.

Every time a woman says anything to you, just say "fuck you" and walk away. Lol kidding. It is hard to change a way of thinking you've had your whole life. I started out by just pausing for a minute before saying or doing anything when interacting with woman. This gave me time to realize their motives and deal with them appropriately. Usually by saying "fuck you" and walking away.

Honestly, there’s no real correct MGTOW way to treat women. In the simplest terms, indifference is your bread and butter.

Hold the door if you want, do whatever you want to do. The key aspect is that you do because you want to, not because you’re trying to score an entrance to a hole between her legs.

Simply try to understand that you live for yourself rather than for someone else. Get your validation from yourself and what is important to you rather than the validation of another and what is important to them.

I treat women nicely all the time, but as soon as someone treats me with any malice, or attempts to fuck with me, then I amplify. Doesn't happen anymore though, it's dependant upon you. Stop taking shit from people, lift, become the best version of yourself. Who says you have to do anything but be yourself? Question is, do YOU tolerate others abusing you?

Why treat anyone unkind? You make your own choices, but why expend the effort? Simply treat them like they are not there, or with bare minimum cordiality. As yourself in every interaction, would I do this for an acquaintance? If the answer is no, then you shouldn't be doing it. Then ask, what's in it for me?

For example, you are asked to help her move apartments. Would you help some guy you just met do it? No.. don't do it. If she offers you money, that answers the 2nd question, and you may or may not do it if your time is valued less than the money offered.
