It really depends on what level you want to be involved. The laws are different everywhere. You need medical and growing experience to succeed. A lot of companies fail because they treat it like a gold mine, like it's a sure thing. If you don't understand how the product and manufacturing work, I recommend starting with a regular industrial scale nursery or greenhouse. It's basically farming.
