Hey guys. I vibe with a lot of this. The crux of it all really resonates with me. I just can't seem to reconcile one thing. I am a big fan of Jordan Peterson (as I imagine some of you might be as well) - he talks a lot about Darwinian truth, which in my understanding is kinda the idea that evolution is what determines the way to live that is most "true" - that is, the most in alignment with how the world works. Obviously, since whatever does not align with this would, and did, just die out.

The MGTOW thing makes a lot of sense to me on an individual life scale, but, if we blew it out to a large scale it doesn't seem viable, right? I do believe that the archetypically successful individual in evolution/mythology is a template for how the real individual should live, and that archetype seems to include giving birth to the next generation. In my own life I do find that I can be very productive, self-sufficient, successful, etc. by going forth on my own. But if every man in the world was a MGTOW, we'd go extinct, right? So does that mean that something like MGTOW, in the long term, is an evolutionary dead end? Curious to know what you guys think.

tl;dr: Going MGTOW kinda makes sense to me, but if everyone did it, seems like we'd go extinct.
