The veil is lifted, the burden is gone, and he can't realize that it's his first time knowing true freedom. Not bashing, I think many of this felt this confusion at some point until we realized the cause.

He just found his worth. We are led to be afraid of being broken up with because society makes sure men feel as inadequate and mediocre as possible at all times. We think that we are simply “lucky” to be with her when in reality, we are also 50% of that relationship. Once you realize that, you realize women ain’t shit and talking to them is not even as a big of a deal as you first thought it. It’s a great feeling and to me it’s like the turning point in your young adulthood as a man.
